Never used cardarine before and recently coming off pct I am now looking to lose some timber.
Usual calorie deficit for fatloss (500-700 off normal daily intake
Will cardarine be a good addition to fatloss?
Opinions chaps?

My opinion is never to diet immediately after PCT. Give the new muscle a reason to stay, you will likely lose most of it dieting right after a cycle.

As for the Cardarine what do you think you will get from it? It converts fast twitch muscles to slow twitch which is excellent for endurance, horrible for bodybuilding. It will make you significantly weaker within a week. But it’s excellent at raising HDL, lowering triglycerides and reducing inflammation specifically in the kidneys. It can cause liver scarring dose dependent. It’s a weird one, has its positives and negatives.

What I can say is it essentially puts you into ketosis, the majority of your glycogen will be spared and fat be mobilized and used as fuel primarily.

Hope this helps, l

You could say that Cardarine accelerates fat loss by prioritizing fat as an energy source and modulating various genes that are involved in fat burning.
Even though it can most definitely aid in losing fat, do not expect drastic results. This is not on the level of a hardcore thermogenic fat-burner like Clenbuterol, let alone DNP.

Still focus on weightlifting rather than cardio & endurance! That's important when on cardarine.

Cardarine without cardio is like taking steroids without training in a deficit.

That’s news to me, thanks for that, I never thought it was possible to convert muscle fibres?
I assumed you were genetically predisposed to having a certain amount of each and that was it.
Like luck of the draw that you cannot change.
I’m aware of the deficit shortly after coming off being counter productive and losing new gains.
I’ve read articles which say don’t drop calories for 6 weeks or so.

My workout format is PPL . throw cardio in at the end of each session for 15-20mins on tge majority of my sessions. Usually 130-140bpm on static bike or treadmill. Sometimes I opt to do higher intensity to switch things up but not that often.
I would probably utilise clean alongside the cardarine at 40-80mcg ed more for its anti catabolic properties. I’m not interested in using dnp.
