Cardio Help

I am currently doing Stanozolo 50mg/day tabs and Im just starting week 3. I live in Thailand (good for getting gear, but shitty for getting help) and trying to get solid advice out here is really tough. Im 26 and bloody short (5ft3). I was 190lbs about 5 years ago (slob) then I dropped to 140lbs from not eating carbs. From what I understand I shouldnt be putting on too much mass from the Stanozolo but Im up to 150lbs after 2 weeks of Stanozolo and I am eating the same as before. I dont want to get back up to my old weight and I just want to cut up and put on some lean muscle mass. I tried clenbuterol to try and loose some weight but with the heat out here I was sweating my bag off and couldnt handle it. Can anyone suggest a really good cardio routine to shed weight? I run 30 minutes a day on the treadmill, but I dont think thats enough. Thanks for any help.
 
30 mins a day on the treadmill SHOULD be keeping you lean assuming that you haven't been going at 4.5mph for the past few years every day, so maybe you need to closely evaluate your diet. However, if you are certain that your diet is very good, then you should maybe try intervals. Like sprint 15 sec, walk 30 sec, or any pattern you like. Personally, when I am cutting up I do intervals and change it up every few weeks to prevent boredom, like wks 1-3 do 15 sec sprint followed by 30 sec walks, then wks 4-6 I'll go on a track and do a combo of sprints with walks in between them. Hope this helps.
 
30 minutes of running should keep just about anyone very lean. here's just a thought. are you sure you've got winnies and not dbol? hard to believe you can put on 10lbs in 2 weeks on winnies. dbol, though, is a different story.
