Cardio or Weightlifting

The question is which ones better for long term health, bodybuilder die young but athletes and people who sprint in particular seems to live long, what do you guys think.
 
Most people outside of bodybuilding, strongman etc that play sports do not use massive dosages and yes cardio is a major player for health.
 
I see ..what happens if you start gh only.. I've heard it helps weight lose at 3ius..
With enough cardio and a bit of weightlifting
Wouldn't that help alot instead of test
Running test cycles Could have effects on sleep and hpta shutdown... night sweats..
Isn't it better to start with 3-4 ius of gh as a beginner and then later shift to test e. Sust. Maybe some orals.
are you on anything right now? Or are you natty? Just asking
 
A good mix of cardio and weightlifting.
Many bodybuilders die young because they damage their bodies way too much
Too much steroids and especially they take very strong dehydrators.
