Cardio pre workout or post workout

Try doing 2 days a week of barbell complexes. I started this about 2 months ago and it's been getting me shredded. I set 20 mins on the clock and do, 6 reps shoulder press, 7 reps front squat, 8 reps bent over row, 9 reps stiff legged deadlift, 10 reps back squat. The goal is to get 10 rounds. I started out with 65 lbs and it took me a few attempts to get to 10 rounds, then once I hit 10 consistently I move up by 10 lbs. THIS IS AN INSANE CARDIO WORKOUT. I love it because I get it done in 20 minutes, I'm drenched in sweat, I get to lift and it completely replaces the need for conventional cardio.

The only cardio I do (outside of work) is beating up on a heavy bag for 30-45 minutes or so after lifting 3-4 days a week. I'm always tired as hell by that point but I've seen more results, namely fat loss around the midsection, than I did when I was hitting an elliptical before breakfast. I'll never go back to the elliptical, plus my core feels (and looks) much stronger than before I started.

I completely forgot about those but I did them this morning for the first time in a while and I'll definitely continue doing them.

Nice dude, how many rounds did you get in 20 at what weight? When I first started doing them I could only get 7 at 65 lbs lol. I started getting 10 consistently at 75, and now I'm up to 85 but I'm stuck at 9 rounds. It's funny being a big guy getting dominated by 85 lbs, definitely an ego check lol.

I did 8 rounds at 50lbs because I haven't done them in so long I figured I'd start light and move up if it's to easy but them things are killers! I could have prolly got 10 rounds but I was already at the gym 15 min to long and had to rush to work but Ima start earlier next time and move up to 65lbs
