Cardio

I wasnt running gear last time I cut. Like yo said, its easier to cut whie keeping muscle mass while on gear. You can do all kinds of stuff to maintain, my favorite is test, tren, mast. You can also do test with winny if youre just starting out. Alot of guys like clen and t3 but ive never messed with them. Cutting off cycle you will loose some mass.
Thank you for the information.

Been eager to try the rowing machine in my gym. Although it doesn't have a heart rate output on it like the other cardio equipment.

The rowing machine is great. It's one of the few good cardio machines that mostly focuses on the upper body (although it uses some leg power as well, it's a full body exercise). I use it on cardio sessions the day after a heavy leg workout. It's either hitting the heavy bag or using the rowing machine, and these days I prefer the latter as it has a much lower impact on my joints.

I tried the rowing machine one time and couldnt figure it out. I got embarrassed and walked away. Maybe Ill go there late at night to figure it out.

This seems to be a common problem. I've seen people doing some jaw dropping stuff with that machine, and I don't mean just improper technique but using it in ways it was never intended to be used. On the plus side, they usually give up after trying once so the rowing machines are always empty.

It's actually very easy to use. Check this video:

Ive worked my way up 45 minute sessions with the rower, and goin at a pretty good clip. I'll find out my spm tonight. My biggest issue, its killin my lower back. My form doesnt look much different from the girl in the video. I might've had too much forward lean at the bottom of the movement when I first started. My back has gotten alot better, but it makes alot of noise when I do burpees.lol
Anyway, Ive added beachbody insanity to my repetoire. I use the rower mostly at night so as not to disturb.
That shit kicks my fat flabby ass (the insanity).I still throw the Explosive First Movements in kinda randomly

I do like a hour a day of cardio. But honestly. Training on the mat is by far the best cardio you can ever have. If you can try to join a wrestling camp or MMA and watch the bf% fly off. But I'll tell you what. The classes in my gym are full of hot chicks. Sooooo.... you know there might be an extra bonus for a beefy dude in a cardio kick boxing class. Jk

dude intense stair masters or step mill 15-30mins post workout is great and 45mins of fast incline walk o off days too beoski

My ankle is still recovering from a bunch of surgeries. I've been using a Versaclimber that kicks my ass in 20 min. of use and is pretty low impact.
