Thanks for the info Ozzy. The construction side is great right now but I eventually want to go the utility route. The money people are making in cali is insane, guys down here are always drag'n and headed out there the week they top out. I might be one of them!

Not sure what te requirements / pre requisites are in the US, here in SA its a quick couple of courses and you are good to go.
