Are cartridges more convenient? They seem like they would make it a little more efficient.

I tend to use cartridges for any peptides where 3 mL lasts me longer than a week. I used to load HGH into carts but no longer do because a vial now lasts me only 4 days. I buy packs of sterile cartridges off of alibaba and have sourced injection pens from a variety of places.
As far as pens go, you can find v1 and v2 pens at various sites. On alibaba, you can buy Eli Lilly's HumaPen Ergo II. My favorite has been the HumaPen Savvio though, which is a bit harder to find.

AND fyi, for anything I have to take daily, I use pens and pen cartridges. The exception is my HGH, because I don't like leaving the little bit of it that gets left behind in the end of the cartridge
