Cash app declining buying bitcoin

I use a different wallet addy for that external wallet (blockchain.com) and use their app to generate a wallet addy alias for it for each new transaction. Not really necessary but for a bit of a peace of mind.

It depends on traffic and such...may be somewhere between 15 cents to like a buck but average is like a quarter.

I’ve heard that PayPal won’t let you transfer bitcoin out for something like a week or 10 days after purchase. Idk for sure since I’ve never used it but it would be worth checking into before using that method.

I have Coinbase and pretty much the same with them over a week until you can send it, I guess they would like to use your money for a little while.

I usually buy bitcoin st btc ATMs but the fees are insane. I set up a cash app account, linked my debit card and bank account. Tried to buy bitcoin and it says transaction failed. But no other explanation. Tried multiple amounts from 50-400$ declined every time


Any idea how I can more easily buy bitcoin without the insane fees of ATMs?

I hate using debit or bank cause I always run into the same snag with CA. So I do the "paper money" thing to get my cash IN to CA. From there on no problemo.
