What I mean by that, is some sources, such as some Raw sources over in China allow payments through PayPal. Meaning, if you for some reason never receive your package or they rip you off, you can easily submit a dispute.

I mean PayPal would be bad for paying an illegal source due to the fact that there are several cases in which PayPal could easily look in to your buying habits and information on you and the supplier and track you down and bust you.

I don't accept or encourage PayPal. For my and their safety.

Just making sure we're clear from every angle, as we have a lot of fishing going on here in the underground. You'd be surprised how many posts like your's turn into newbs contacting you (again, the sales pitch in your profile) only to be told that while it is normally a "BAD IDEA" to use PayPal, you being the generous soul you are, can accept it from them because they are your bro and all.

I've never had any issues with CIM, for gear or birthday presents. It's all about packing. If it looks like a X-mas card envelop then it may be ransacked. You need to put it in a standard USPS flat rate shipping envelop/small box and no fancy smiley face bullshit. Go with the 2 day but don't have a signature required.

Cim is very risky for the customer and source. Usps employees will steal that shit in a heart beat. They can reseal the envelope and make it look like nothing happened. Seen it many times.

Dangerous for the source because its the easiest way to get popped.

We are not talking $50 in a card from gramma. 10k is tough to hide, and its less about the random sorter and more about the guy who keeps handling all the packages on the delivery end- seeing them over and over again might male him think sometging could be in there.
