Have any of you guys used cbd oil to treat the aches and pains associated with heavy lifting? I've heard some great things about it helping with back and knee pain at 100-150mg per day

I take some daily for my anxiety. I read it also helps with aches and pains. I also read it helps with inflammation is the joints. I take it through a e pen. Honestly I can't say it's helps much. On the other hand can't say it doesn't. I haven't been consistent enough though. Your supposed to take X amount everyday then adhljust from there. I think at the least it helps me sleep better. I usually puff on it for a few minutes before bed. Give me a minute and I'll post what I use.

From what I read the highest potency stuff is 50mg per ml so I'd need to take 3 full droppers of it

Works wonders for my PTSD and chronic pain. I have a cbd sublingual spray. But I prefer at least a little thc in mine. I use Seraden. Also one of the newer finds is that terpenes really helps anxiety. Terpenes is found in all marijuana. The higher the terpene count the better.

Me personally I wish I could try regular weed from a shop. They have so many kind that are for different treatments. It just passed in my state for medical but that's it and it's been a cluster fuck fight here.

It's kick ass!! My brother has a MMJ card and the edible selection is great. With my issues I need to know exactly what I'm putting in my body. No sativa! Just indica.

Mines 250mg per Ml . It goes up to 1,500 I believe or higher
Hey man I could be wrong but looking at their site, it's 250mg in that entire bottle. Like the one I was looking it as 3,000mg in the bottle, but that's in the entire 60ml making it 50mg/ml

Not trying to say you're wrong but I'm curious. By my math that would be about 8mg per ml on yours

I have access to the topical creams and balm. They really work bro?? Would definitely try for my shoulder and back. I'll have to get some at the dispensary. How's the smell bro??
They work really well man and a little goes a long way. The woman I know makes high end edibles, tincture and salves.
I think there is tea tree and avocado oil in this one and yeah it smells nice.

Cool stuff in this thread, but balms and all that? Thats out of my league lol. Sounds cool if it works!

Hmm you might be right. I'll go check it out . I've been used to AAS too long and assumed it was per ml.

Just went back and looked. Yep your right it's the whole bottle. Thanks for the heads up I would of never known that. I just puff on mine randomly. Luckily I don't need specific dose lol. They have 3,200 mg bottle but that shit it high dollar.

Just remember it’s a supplement with limited evidence based studies.
