CBD oil for all the chronic pain?

Can only speak from experience. Not sure if Jim is a doctor or not but Dr B. Knight out of Edmonton is in fact a doctor. I was in a pain management program for a spinal fusion years ago and some degenerating discs in my c spine. When I entered I had been on tramadol, morphine, Cyclobenzaprine, etc. NONE of which I asked for at all. I don not like how sick and shitty those meds make me feel. Cold sweats, nausea, constipation etc.

Anyway I was switched from those medications to a combo of a Diclofenac/CBD and the results were enough for me to rehab my issues and live a fairly pain free life without surgery.

Are there studies out there regarding this? No not yet. However it worked for me. YES CBD not THC.

Do supplements “help” some folk, based upon anecdotes absolutely, but there’s no way to
KNOW is the supplement itself, a placebo effect, or another combined drug such as Diclofenac is responsible for these “benefits” in the absence of clinical trials and THATS my point.

Nobody cares about you clinical trials Jim!
You will always be on the outside looking in with your shitty pessimistic attitude.
I guess since there aren’t human studies on Tren that it’s only a supplement as well?!

Alright.. So has anyone vaped a lot of this CBD shit and taken a drug test? I can't touch it unless I know I won't fail a drug test.

And if you've done this I need the brand name you got. Since it's been proven to not contain any THC.

Actually bc this forum tries to be "evidence based" when possible many here DO CARE about clinical trials except "25 year" stony heads like YOU @morfyah.

And no surprise, your Tren comment proves you know next to nothing about the differences bt a supplement and a DRUG.

Huh, well according to the DEA, FDA, CBD is still categorized as category 1 controlled substance a “drug” not a supplement.
Which is ridiculous but still a FACT!
So which is it Jim?

When it's perscribed for pain management by an anesthesiologist who specializes in chronic pain no it's not a placebo effect. I've tried Diclofenac alone and it did not work the same.

I disagree with you and I have explained why. It's a drug in Canada, it was offered by a doctor as an alternative to the narcotics I was on; and most importantly it worked.

Really a Category I controlled substance that’s avaliable OTC or by mail order wo a prescription.

Once again your ignorance is typical of stony heads as it’s obvious you have no idea
how substances are categorized
as drugs, sups or controlled substances at the state or federal level.

Ya think maybe the involved JURISDICTION. CONCENTRATION, ROUTE OF ADMINISTRATION or the MIXTURE itself etc has anything to do with it, never, LMAO

Go smoke another doobie and you’ll feel “right as rain” and “normal” again.

To that end it’s important others understand unless specifically restricted or defined by state or federal statutes attempts to determine supplement “active ingredient” CONCENTRATIONS (in this case CBD oil) are often impossible.

So while some supplements might contain say a 0.1% mixture another could, unless controlled by the FDA, a 10% mixture.

Which is analogous to one UGL selling “Testosterone oil” at 10mg/ml while another is selling a 100mg/ml mixture

But of course none of that would effect user anecdotal reports, right !

Ok @Dr JIM as I said before you will always be on the outside looking in and you shouldn’t run your mouth without actually knowing the law. You haven’t put any time or effort into learning about cannabis research.
In the DEA’s words: Agency stance on CBD, hemp products and the Farm Bill
YOU DONT KNOW SHIT!
So please stop pretending you do.
You must be from the UK

Wrong!!!

Where did you go @Dr JIM ?
Why don’t you admit you were wrong and that this stony head was actually right about the laws. I know it’s hard for you but you can do it. :p

It took me a while but eventually
I had to face the fact, some ya just can’t help or educate and YOU @Morefyah are one of them.

You want to spend another “25 years” being stoned that’s your prerogative, but I’ve more important things to do than waste my time with fools like yourself.

Lol, your call yourself a doctor and you don’t even know the difference between a “drug” and “supplement’. This isn’t personal @Dr JIM but next time do your research before you run your mouth on topics your uneducated about.
I guess it happens to the best of us.
Now you can get back to your shitty pessimistic banter about PCT’s and blood work. Good day sir :)

Def not a Dr and I'm gonna say nope he's never tried it legally perscribed from a physician. I'm also done wasting my time on ignorance and arrogance.

No he is a doctor and a good one!
He just doesn’t know much about cannabis and cannabis laws. I still value his opinion when it comes to PED’s.
