Can only speak from experience. Not sure if Jim is a doctor or not but Dr B. Knight out of Edmonton is in fact a doctor. I was in a pain management program for a spinal fusion years ago and some degenerating discs in my c spine. When I entered I had been on tramadol, morphine, Cyclobenzaprine, etc. NONE of which I asked for at all. I don not like how sick and shitty those meds make me feel. Cold sweats, nausea, constipation etc.

Anyway I was switched from those medications to a combo of a Diclofenac/CBD and the results were enough for me to rehab my issues and live a fairly pain free life without surgery.

Are there studies out there regarding this? No not yet. However it worked for me. YES CBD not THC.

When it's perscribed for pain management by an anesthesiologist who specializes in chronic pain no it's not a placebo effect. I've tried Diclofenac alone and it did not work the same.

I disagree with you and I have explained why. It's a drug in Canada, it was offered by a doctor as an alternative to the narcotics I was on; and most importantly it worked.

But of course none of that would effect user anecdotal reports, right !
