Cerebroprotein hydrolysate

I acquired some cerebroprotein hydrolysate made by harbin medisan pharmaceutical, it is lyophilized in 60mg vials. Has anyone used this stuff? Wondering how much bac water is necessary for proper dilution/concentration and if you are injecting the 60mg every day i.m. Or subq?

I am 52 had 3 major concussions, on call random shiftwork, and dementia runs in the family. I feel burnt out and foggy headed forgetting simple things a lot and would like to try this out. 60 mg a day was what I was going to try but just not sure what concentration to try and subq or i.m. Yet.
