Changing dosage frequency mid cycle. Test Cyp.

Hey guys, currently running 400mg of Test C per week. Injecting every 3 days.

So 200mg Monday night pin then 200mg Thursday night then Sunday night then Wednesday night etc.

Taking 0.5mg adex the night before pinning.

I don’t think I’ve been doing the adex right and want to change up all the dosing frequency.

I’ve got slin pins and want to change to dosing every other day. I also want to know if I should change my adex frequency as well and when to take it.

Reason:
- Day after taking adex -> good
- Day after pinning g -> good
- any other day: low sex drive and bit of bloating

Thus I believe having more stable levels will be better for me in the long run.

Next pin: due tomorrow night

Stop taking the Adex. There is no reason to take it preemptively. I personally don’t need any AI even on 750mg of Test.

Initially I wasn’t taking the adex but I had decreased libido, painful forearm pumps and irritation

Once I started everything cleared up but the weird dosage frequency makes the symptoms come back towards the tail end

I would have to agree with @WhiteTrashDrip. There is no need to pre-emptively use an AI or even a SERM in my opinion. Yes, you should always have them on hand just incase but unless you know your estrogen levels are elevated, don't use it. Having done so, I would venture to guess that if you did lab work, your estrogen levels have crashed an that is why you are having the symptoms that you are having. Test cyp has a half life of around 8 days. If you are injecting two days a week that would be plenty. I typically pin Test C or E on Mon. and Thur.- If I am running a higher dose I may pin M-W-F. But I also run my labs and know where my levels are. If you have done any yet! Its time to. Find out where you are and then make a plan. If you don't know where you are going, any road will take you there.
