Alright, so I came across a really good deal on some dbs, rack, and decline/incline bench.I called my buddy up to ask him where he got his set, and he said "Ill sell you mine". I bought that bitch!

I am super pumped about this, I have been searching everywhere and a set like this runs 5-600 bucks. I got it for 200 :)

Need this for when I am on cycle and have to work 12 hour days I can slip in a quick workout before work or after work. Without worrying if the gym is open or having to drive anywhere. I can do a large variety of workouts with some dumbbells and a bench

Nice just make sure you on't scratch up the nice floors with the dumbells or get a mat to keep it protected

Yeah I am sure the ole lady is gonna pitch a bitch when she gets home and shes weights in my office. I will either eventually move it to the garage or get some rubber mats. Gonna just be careful until then.

With the rack and the bench included $200 is a good deal and based on the way the DB's and the rack look your friend wasn't using them much.

I bought and sold a bunch of DB's on Craigslist while I was building my home gym a couple of years back. Best deal I ever got was when a guy posted on Friday night of Labor day weekend several years ago complete sets in 5 pd. increments from 5's to 100's and a huge two tiered rack that held them all for $900 and said he needed them gone over the weekend. After emailing him several times I got everything for $540 on Labor day. I had to carry them all up the steps from his basement but it was well worth it.

You defiantly needs to be careful especially with that hardwood Floor, If you could Rubber Mats saves you allot of headache.

Walmart sells that puzzle piece type flooring for dirt cheap... Nice setup. That's my favorite setup...it's simple and effective. Nice find!!n

All this talk of a home gym makes me want to clear out space in the garage. Now that my wife's going back to work after a baby I need to save time anywhere I can.

I really wanted it for the days that I have to work (12 hour shifts) keeps me from having to wake up super early to get a small workout in. Plus, I can lift with no shirt and when I'm on cycle I can lift 5 times a day if I want ;)

Good start, don't mess up the floors or mama's gonna be pissed. Love your enthusiasm, hope you still have that in 10 years.

You don't have the pink ones.... or the purpl.. you gotta get the complete set..

I am thinking about getting some nice tough elastic bands LOL I am really serious..
I wanna build everything now, on cheesy stuff like that, this way I can really be
serious when I tell someone when they ask my workout..

I have 300lbs and a powerrack I never use.. I curl in it with a 45lb bar..
I really feel like using one of the 40lb dumbbells now to hit the dog
in the head with, but I gotta go somewhere and don't have time..

Make sure you hang the picture of Arnold up.
No gym.. office or garage.. is complete, without it

No all the dbs are matching pairs. Its mainly for days that i have to work 12 hr shifts snd dont have time to make it to the gym,

I plan on getting a 6x6 rubber flooring so I dont fuck up my wood floors.

I dont think the gf would approve.

The perk is i can throw up a youtube video of ronnie and watch him beast out to motivate me

If you go for rubber matts, check out Tractor Supply's Horse Stall matts. They are 3/4" tire rubber, 4'X6' for $40 -> I have dropped 60lb DB's on them without any problem. I highly recommend them over the standard gym flooring.
