Looks like you can set the pressure/speed that is applied, I use a caulk gun for my brews as they are small quantity but now I am going to look at upgrading to the one you posted.

I just watched this on YouTube and some demonstrating how to use it. That's a pretty easy way to do it but it's not that hard to squeeze a caulking gun to begin with. If you guys look there are some members here who made contraptions that made constant pressure on the back of a 60ml syringe so you wouldn't have to keep squeezing anything.
But I do like this gun. Haha
