I read the pages of info in the Giant Semaglutide Thread and searched other threads and I haven't found my question answered. I'm switching from Ozempic pens to Tirz. I have 0.3ml insulin syringes. I'm reconstituting 10mg vial of Tirzepatide. I want to put in 1 ml BAC water and have 4 doses of 2.5mg (2500 mcg) by pulling the syringe to 25 per dose. I feel like this is right and it seems to match PepCalc.
Using a 0.3 (3/10mL up to 30 units) syringe, if I want 1 ml of BAC, do I inject three full syringes of BAC water into the vial (which would be 9/10 ml, yes?) and then add 1/10 (10 on the syringe) to the vial (which would be a total of 1ml, I think)? This should be simple but I'd rather ask a dumb question vs mess up with a new set up. thx
