Hoping to compete for first time in ~6 months, ideally in Classic but I'll probably register other divisions if I can just to see.

Stats:
  • 5'6, 190lbs (177lbs = Classic cutoff)
  • ~14-15% BF
  • Lifting: +15 years, AAS: 10 years (off and on)
Current Stack:
  • 300mg Test / wk
  • 3.3iu GH ED
  • 20mg Cialis ED
  • 15mg Tirz + 3mg Sema / wk
Training Split (4 days, no rest):
  • Chest/Tri
  • Back/Bi
  • Shoulders/Traps/Grip
  • Legs
I have a personal event next week that will disrupt my training + diet for 3-4 days.
After that event, I plan on running the below after checking bloods:
  • 1,200mg Nandrolone (300mg Nand Blend, 200mg Deca + 100mg NPP)
  • 10mg YK-11 ED (Who knows if this actually does anything? Never tried it)
  • 3.3iu GH ED
  • 20mg Cialis ED
  • 2mg Reta / wk (Insulin sensitivity)
Current weaknesses:
  • I have gyno that is noticeable in certain lighting conditions. Hopefully it's not worse at low BF%.
  • Had 2 knee surgeries within the last year. ACL + MCL + Meniscus. Now my quads are heavily lacking relative to rest of body.

0mg, never done Nandrolone by itself so I wanted to see how it feels

Also there's a lot of folks who don't believe it aromatizes so I'd like to be able to post E2 bloods and settle that debate

Have you considered doing legs more often? Like PPL rest UL rest?
Yeah, I definitely need to focus my quads.

I have a mental thing about lifting every day (it's easy for me to fall off if I don't do the same thing every day) so I never take rest days

But what I probably will do is add some leg work on my back/bi days, so like:

- Chest/Tri
- Back/Bi/Legs
- Shoulders/Traps/Grip
- Legs

I rotate through this split like: ABCD ABCD, each bodypart is hit x2 in 8 days (essentially twice a week)

Interesting, I've heard of people running back nandralone only cycles. Interested to see how it will turn out.
 
In those videos you say you arr 15%?? You look like 10% no?
Looks leaner than 15%, but he has a shirt on, so you do not see the midsection or his back. Doubtful, however, that he is as high as 15% from what is visible.
I mean just from delt/arms guy looks ripped
I store a lot of fat on my chest, also my lovehandles

I got a DEXA scan yesterday, because stage weight is 177lbs so I need to get an idea of how much fat I can realistically lose

But Omron + Bioelectrical Impedance scale both say ~14.5%

Thanks lads, here's to hoping it goes well.

You guys think I can make the 177lb weight limit?
I was ~182ish in my PFP.

I want to take an unusual approach to the competition -- instead of trying to manipulate body/water weight last-minute before the show, I want to try to get stage weight ~2 weeks out and keep it stable + full-looking.

Without having any experience trying to use diuretics or hardcore prep protocols, feels like I'd either come in flat or would rebound over my weight cap and be barred from competing
