Chest workouts

My gym is bad ass there’s around 500 different machines, up to 220lb dbs, monolith, kegs, strong man equipment, every different kind of bar, etc. the owner is constantly bringing in different pieces. We’ve got nautilus, med x, flex, Strive, hammer, arsenal, magnum, bodyplex, hoist, and more.
Med x?Damn how much is the membership?

I stopped benching only cause i didn't feel like I was getting a good enough squeeze to justify it ... Now I've been doing dumbbell press flat and incline, the cable flys are my absolute fav I do them from all the 3 angles high mid and low, dumbbell fly's and maybe the seated press machine ... I pick 3 or 4 and do 5+ focused quality sets and I've been feeling much better about my chest day

Maybe I missed it, but I didn't see anyone list weighted dips in this thread, and it's my absolute favorite movement for the chest.

Now days I do ring dips, while tilting myself forward, and even lifting my knees to my torso. I have seriously never felt a chest pump even comparable. Throw some weight on a belt or in a backpack, crank out some ring dips (or just normal dips) with your weight forward, and you'll see what I mean.

Granted, I'm very chest dominant. I've had to really work hard to grow my shoulders, because my pecs take over during every lift. Hell, my pecs flex hard as fuck even during curls, lol. Even before I ever touched a weight my chest was proportionately large compared to the rest of my body, by alot, so maybe take my .02 with a bit of salt.

You also get the added benefit of looking like a fucking monster by loading up weight to do movements other people can't do with bodyweight. Especially if your gym has rings.
