Ok this is getting a bit ridiculous....i bumped my test up 10mg and this is getting insane..its even worse now.... i got friggin pointy ass nipples one min and the next mine i got tight looking chest (round and tight looking)..... right now it looks like i got dam ice cream cone on my nipples... i do have alittle fat left in my chest area from b4 when my hormones were all out of order but no gyno..but it feels like the nipple is hollow or filled with water i can't explain it..............doc said it would go away....... there not sensitive and i feel no mass underneath the nipple area....... i had my e2 checked about 1.5 months ago and it was only 24 x<52............. i really don't know what to do any1 have any suggestions....... should i try a anti e and see if it does anything? and why would i have these problems with e2 well within the normal range........................

My nipples seem to fluctuate between tight & hard to larger & puffy..

Out of curiosity - Do you have recent DHT tests ? As I've read somewhere that low DHT can also effect nipples (as DHT as an anti estrogen effect on nipples)

Also - have you checked your E2 since you upped your dosage ?

my left nipple hurts when I push on it, but not my right. And there is no noticable increase in size or shape tho.

believe it or not my dht was right at the top of normal ........ i think it was 73 out of 75 the day b4 my next shot and my e2 was i think 25 x<52............. so i don't think that is the problem............. any ideas?

When you bump up the dose this happens and it will go away not to worry.

LOL it's still like this even when i kept my dose consistant for 15 shots.......... and there still puffy and filled with water (atleast tehy feel like there filled with water)............ so i dont think it was bumping up the dose that did it........ like today.............. i just got done taking a shower and my nipples were tight and my chest was rounded....... u would look at it and think nothing......... now im sitting here 2 hours later and holy $#.......... friggin water balloons........ they are seriously pointy....... sometimes u can see it through my shirt ........ this is getting to the point im about to start throwing tape on them b4 i go out.................. HELPPPPPPPPP

Some folks are just very susceptible to gyno like symptoms or water retention. Are you using any anti E protocol? Have you tried DIM. Or you might look at getting your Dr to give you some Nolvadex for after the fact issues like you are having (lots of luck). Adex should help to prevent both if the DIM does not work, it did wonders for me.

SWALE would be the best one to address this.

I was getting quite bad nipple issues when I started my TRT. I tried Novladex & Evista... with not too much luck. I found clomid to be the best - and am currently taking 50mg per day, which I will cut down to 25mg very soon.

This helps them alot - although occasionaly they are a little puffy...

yea but i mean this is a consistant thing........... i wanted to run nolvadex for a short amount of time but my doc wont write a script for it........ so i have no way of getting it right now.....................
