Chicken protein more anabolic than beef

But the study doesn’t say it’s more anabolic than beef unless I’m missing something here.

Serum amino acid content does not correlate directly to MPS rate. That’s a very complex interaction to try and simplify into one factor. Nevermind the fact that studies on MPS, protein source, and AAS use probably don’t exist.

2. Get your other macro/micronutrients in
3. ???
4. Profit

few times we had discussion about that on pro muscle and how much protein per lbs...at the end it just comes eat what u can digest the best
 
Nothing better than a medium rare rib eye steak, but I'm one of them that don't seem to digest it well because it feels like it's just sitting in my stomach10 hrs later.

Chicken and fish have been my go to staple for several years now.
 
i feel lot better and stronger in gym if i eat more beef...but there is still lot of people who cant digest it well

A Hawaiian friend told me to always eat half a Papaya with my steak , it will digest the protein and you will not cramp up afterwards . Papain pills work the same way....;)

for me it is just the opposite i digest steak better then chicken,maybe cause i eat so much fckin chicken in the past lol
 
Actually that’s kinda odd thanks for posting.
I do notice a different look on chicken and minimal steak...
I do have 60 lbs of ribeye that I jus cut up.
But chicken and rice have done wonders for me. I wonder if it’s a mix of genetics , drug and dood intake. I mean protein is protein. I’ll just all anecdotal tbh.

you digest chicken better or? different look like more fullness and vascularity?
 
I digest red meat like a champ. I eat 1.5 lbs of red meat on a regular basis and I feel great.

Typically 2 servings of flank and 1 serving of lean ground beef.

I hate my chicken meals. I get disappointed when I know I got chicken next.

Beef, salmon, eggs are the best protein in my opinion. You could throw in some dairy like yogurt and milk too.

White fish and chicken.....ahhh so bad for me haha.
