Production Method (AAS Oils)
Laminar flow hood is switched on and left to run for at least 60 minutes before being used.
Stainless steel surfaces and flow hood are cleaned with 20% bleach solution followed by 70% isopropyl alcohol and left to dry. An overall, nitrile gloves, hair net & facemask is worn.
Raws, BB, MCT oil and BA are mixed on the magnetic stirrer with a small amount of heat depending on the compound. Tren A and E and mixed with minimal heat.
Polycap PTFE filter and media bottle are wrapped & sterilised in the autoclave. First filtration is done via the Borosilicate Glass units and a 0.80µm nylon membrane filter is used.
The filtered solution is then moved into the flow hood and is filtered through a 0.20µm PTFE polycap filter using a peristaltic pump. The pump pushes the oil through the filter and oil directly exits into a sterile media bottle.
After filtration is complete the GL45 port cap is replaced with a standard sterile GL45 cap and the filtered solution is stored in a dark dry space.
Vials and silicone stoppers are washed, rinsed with distilled water and then dried in an oven on low heat. They are then placed in an aluminium foil tray, wrapped with sterilisation wrap, sealed with autoclave tape and go in the autoclave on the wrapped cycle.
The Class B autoclave removes all air from the chamber using a vacuum pump and replaces it with steam.
Vial filling is done in the flow hood using the peristaltic pump. Tubing is wrapped in sterilisation wrap and then sterilised in the autoclave before being used for filling vials. Silicone stopper is placed after each vial is filled.
The flow hood & autoclave is serviced/validated yearly by a third party.
Production Method (Tablets)
Microcrystalline cellulose, di calcium phosphate & magnesium stearate are the excipients used.
The API is triturated with equal parts excipient using a mortar & pestle. More excipient is added each time and this is repeated 4 times. This mixture along with the remaining excipient goes in the V mixer and is mixed for 30 minutes.
Mixture is emptied and loaded into the tablet press. Tablets are dedusted and stored in containers until they are ready to be packed.
Security
Stealth shipping is available by request if needed. Can get as creative as you like and very open to suggestions especially if you have a nosy partner.
Names and delivery addresses will be deleted after order has landed. The email address and list of products purchased will be the only information retained for the purposes of after sales customer service/lab testing credit/bloodwork credit.
VPN and a dedicated Tails device is used for all activity relating to this operation.
I have never sold AAS or any sort of illegal substance in person and never will. Nobody apart from me knows about this operation and I intend to keep it that way.
Identified issues (Dec 2022)
1) Underdosed products

Whilst the acceptable variation in dosage is 10% in the pharmaceutical industry, I will strive to get as close to the label claim as possible.
I believe to have identified the root of the above and it was me misunderstanding the lab results of the raws. In my calculations I treated the “96%+” lab result as being 100% pure which looking back was a stupid mistake on my end.
To compensate for the above issue, I have priced every product from my store competitively and the 3 underdosed products will be discounted further.

Lab Testing
I will be lab testing every batch of Raws and also will be lab testing each finished product. The lab reports of my current batch dated 10/2022 can be accessed using the links in my next post or alternatively you can scan the QR code on the product which will direct you to the lab report.
Lab results will also be posted on my website which can be found at the start of this post.
I will be offering £200 store credit for every HPLC lab test of my product done by customers. My only request is that you share the lab test in this thread to redeem the credit. Repeat testing of the same product from the same batch is perfectly acceptable.
Bloodwork will earn the customer £100 store credit.
Each product label has a QR code, when scanned you will be directed to the lab test report for that batch.

I hope the below photos satisfies the lab pictures & equipment requirements. I am unable to share pictures of the V blender motor unit and the tablet press as it would easily give away the manufacturer thus eventually tracing back to me.
Lot numbers on filters are hidden as they can be traced back to me. I hope this is understandable.
