Chinese new year delay from basicstero

Have any of you experienced delays or order processing due to a slowdown from the Chinese new year?

I placed a small order (domestic side) and funded it on Jan 28th.

I’m still waiting for them to move past the status of “PAYMENT BEING CHECKED”

I contacted them 2 days ago and they wrote:

“hello sir. i am sorry for delay. now is a new year in china and it delayed the process. i will ask our guy to speed it up.”

I’m concerned as I am new and my first order has problems already.

Am I the only guy waiting for them to get sober after a month long binge?

Yes. My raw supplier told me unless I ordered before January 27 that my order would not be shipped out until the 3rd week of February.

No worries OP. Im in an area where they celebrate it and everything slows down or stops. Its normal.

If you give me your address. I will make sure you get. You already gave exact dates on when you order and paid so all I need is address and I will make sure you get it. Now calm down it has only been a couple of days. 2 if you read the thread you would have known there could be a delay because of holiday.
