I add 3 with every meal to slow down absorption of my meals for dieting. It is great for inflammation too.
I also feel better after a couple of months on the fish oils although I have used them for years.
They are cheap and it really does not matter which kinds.
Some might have a bit more EPA in them but you will pay the price and why all the hastle when you can just add another cap?
I take 12 a day and monounsaturaded oils and Omega 3's slow down insulin spiking big time and will aid in fat loss.
12 fish oils a day with meals, drop the flax.
