Sometimes it’s trial and error of different types. I tried heme and it moved my numbers significantly, but I couldn’t poop. Feosol complete was better, but I’ve done the best on reg ferrous sulfate and it’s one most people complain about.iron supps really mess me up stomach-wise, im hoping this proferrin is different somehow. i like to think im tough but stomach pain and major pip are like the bane of my existence.
