Cialis 5mg headache

Hello,

I am meeting a new girl with high libido and rough sex performance and I want a little extrapower so I started today taking 5 mg of prescribed cialis everyday.

Today I have noticed a little headache, also I had a drink (i am on vacations) and alcohol kicked harder.

I have read that the headache goes away after a week or so of continous use, as the body gets used to it, is that true? Experiences?

Thank you

Try 2.5 mg, maybe you are a bit sensitive to it. Headache and stuffy nose usually happens when you do too much

Is the sex worth the headache?

If the headache didn't go away, would you still take the drug for the sex benefits?

Try taking your dose with 6oz of grapefruit juice. I have had infrequent head aches from time to time as well, its definitely a common side effect. Could have something to do with blood pressure changes.

The headache is induced by increased blood flow to the sinuses and scalp muscles. The body compensates for this over the course of a few weeks and the headache will go away.

Cialis has a number of positive long term health effects, including protecting the heart and brain. Sides, mild headaches, stuffy nose, and minor backache are gone after the first month of use in nearly every case.

It's a really good drug with no real downside for the overwhelming majority of men.

2.5 mg is all I need so you might try cutting your dose in half as was already suggested. Great drug with many upsides and no downsides that I have experienced.

about 2 weeks into it (not even taking it everyday) and the headache is gone, I am loving this drug, I don´t know if it´s placebo effect or what but it is giving me some extra sexual performance and confidence, also reducing refractory period.

It is a really interesting drug:

Research on the effects of tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE5) inhibitor, on hormones indicates several significant impacts, particularly concerning sex steroid hormones and related pathways.

  1. Testosterone and Estradiol Levels: Tadalafil has been shown to increase total and free testosterone levels while decreasing estradiol levels in studies involving both human subjects and animal models. This modulation is hypothesized to occur through the inhibition of aromatase activity, which is responsible for converting testosterone to estradiol. This effect can be beneficial in conditions like erectile dysfunction and potentially in the management of prostate health (BMJ Diabetes Research & Care) (MDPI).
  2. Androgen Receptor Activity: Tadalafil has been found to increase the expression and activity of androgen receptors (AR). This was demonstrated in cellular models where tadalafil treatment enhanced AR protein expression and promoted AR nuclear translocation and transcriptional activity. This indicates that tadalafil might support androgenic actions in tissues beyond its primary use for erectile dysfunction (SpringerLink) (MDPI).
  3. Bone and Adipose Tissue: In studies involving bone and adipose tissues, tadalafil has shown potential in modulating hormone pathways that could influence bone density and adipose tissue function. It may reduce the expression of aromatase in osteoblasts, which could impact bone health positively by maintaining higher levels of testosterone and lower levels of estradiol (MDPI) (SpringerLink).
  4. Inflammatory and Metabolic Parameters: Research involving diabetic rats treated with tadalafil revealed improvements in lipid profiles, including reductions in LDL cholesterol and triglycerides. These changes were accompanied by increased testosterone levels and improved copulatory behavior, suggesting broader systemic effects of tadalafil on metabolism and hormone balance (BMJ Diabetes Research & Care).

I love it too. I think of it as the "male vitamin". I've looked at a ton of research, and it's pretty clear if you don't have ongoing sides. it's all upside. It may very well protect the brain as well, but evidence so far is thin.

30+ years of use at this point, so its safety is very well established.

I know some guys think they should "save it for when that need it", but it doesn't lose effectiveness over time. The ONLY downside is that ED can be an early warning sign of cardiovascular disease, so Tadalafil might hide a signal that could trigger a good doc to check into things if a patient seeks treatment for ED, but tbh, most docs wouldn't do that anyway, they just prescribe the drug, so you need to get yourself checked out anyway.

Well, some research indicates that it can increase risk of skin cancer. Relationship is not still clear and there are not much studies about it but... look into it.

So I see they find an association between higher rates of skin cancer and all PDE-5 inhibitors, when they look at the demographic of users gonna back decades, but not confirmed connection.

Personally my first thought was this, that guys using these meds are more
likely to be partying in the sun more
than living in their mom's basement:

"The countering theories also say that the population in which skin cancer was detected, comprised mostly of high income individuals who spent a significant amount of time holidaying on beaches and are not connected to the extensive use of Viagra per se.

Therefore, though there is a correlation that has been established, there is no definite proof that Viagra sildenafil causes skin cancer. "

Still worth keeping an eye on. Interestingly, this recent study says that Tadalifil specifically seems to slow skin cancers and increase survival and cure rates:
