mwell, we'll need some more info about what your hoping to obtain before we can make suggestions. most here will likely tell ya to stay away from the circuit training area.

bench press, clean and press, and some chins or bentover rows. There you go, do 5x5 on each exercise except for chins which are done 5 x max. You will hit every upperbody part with those 3 exercises.
