based on what I have in my notes, take 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off for up to 6 months but no less than 3 months... as this takes time, very similar to GH for timing the results and the protocol is very similar to IGF. Take it before bed. Although may have some crazy vivid dreams as it helps you go into a deep sleep. So warn her. lol
As for dosing, I had one do 50mcg a day and the other increased it to 100mcg (which is half of the male dose I believe). Both seemed to have good sleep, some fat loss and weight reduction but kept the muscle. Which is good. They never ran it again so I am not sure what the reasoning was. Sorry, that's all I have...
