This post is in response to somthing I recently witnessed. Not going into much detail because it has to do with a forum member here who is also a real life friend.

Before you try these drugs there’s a few things you need to understand about dosing. It would seem obvious but even people that know their shit tend to disregard it.

Dnp-

Had a VARYING half life. Depending on how your body deals with it the half life could be shorter or longer. It’s not a normal drug. It’s a chemical not made for your body. With that being said you need to be on the exact same dose regiment for a week at minimum before you raise the dose. When you raise the dose take the two separate doses opposite time of the day. Best chance for your blood levels to remain intact no matter the half life.

IN MY EXPERIENCE you do not need carbs. I’ve done both. Carbs vs no carbs on DNP. Both will have the same amount of fat loss in my experience. The difference is carbs will shed your body weight by overheating you during the day. The more carbs. The hotter. In my experience... which means less watter weight. WATTER IS NOT FAT. Don’t risk your life for some watter weight.

Go up in dose slowly. The difference between 100mg of DNP can be drastic. Don’t bump up 250s unless you’re very experienced.

Clen-

THE HALF LIFE IS LONGER THAN YOU THINK.
It takes about a week to get clen levels stable in your blood. Just because you’re not shaking doesn’t mean it’s not working. The shaking is not what causes the fat loss. Do more research if you want more information I don’t want to write a book on how clen works.

SPLIT DOSAGE for more stable blood levels. And for less shaking and sleep side effects. Also do cardio on clen but monitor your heart rate.

All of this is my opinion. What had worked for me and others. Don’t be that guy that after 3 days of DNP or clen doubles the dose and ends up in the ER.
 
Well said , I’ve been on clen now for 1.5 weeks and honestly I’ve remained at 40 mcg , went to 80 once but also took a Vosges so I think that fucked me up , my heart was racing outta my chest .

I plan on taking 2 weeks off then staring at 40mcg again and trying to bump to 80 without anything else

When you bump it to 80 try :40 am 40 PM.
Or do a single dose bump to 60 first. The shakes don’t last too long after the dose is taken so split it up and you’ll lessen the few hours of shaking.

Tbh, I recommend not doing the 2on 2off thing. either run it straight for a month tapering up to a dose that you can handle using Benedryl or if you have it ketotifen. personally I don’t like ketotifen and how it makes me feel regardless if it’s suppose to be better, i won’t take it. But after all the research mega dosing clen like we do should not be done for more that 2weeks at a time. It’s so incredibly harsh on the heart. I feel like 2 wks on clen, then transition to albuterol and caffeine or eca is the better of the options. Then running it longer than 2weeks. Don’t get me wrong clen is great when used responsibly and correctly, however most of the time it isnt. Guys look at it likes it’s the god particle for fat loss, same with dnp, bottom line is they both work great but if the diet and discipline isMy on point nothing should be taken to begin with.

Didn’t you just sit there above and say don’t do two weeks on / off do a month ...... , then you go on to say that it shouldn’t be taken longer than two weeks . Am I missing something or you tipping back some cocktails early today pal lol

He’s saying either do it right and do a full month with a diet or do just 2 weeks if you’re dosing it high like most people here. I’ve never done 2 on and 2 off so I have no opinion.
 
Ohh god, once I misread the syringe (without needle of course) when drawing liquid clen and instead of 60mcg I ended up with 140mcg!!! The result was me shaking so damn bad along with my heart roaring out of control. Now I make sure I read it right.

As for DNP never tried the stuff but may consider a short low dose run.
