Clen cycle

Hey bro's I read in a book somewhere about a pro's cycle. The pro who supposedly entered the Mr.O suggested running clen at 1 day on 1 day off. With ephedrine on the off days. So for instance clen on monday, ephedrine on Tuedsay, clen on wenseday and so forth. My question is, has anybody ever run it like this? It seems it would work in theory. Lmk. Thanx :)

Where did you ready that?!?!

I love that theory. I think I'll give it a go after my current two weeks is finished.

bump for others who have tried the one day on/off clen/eph cycles.

I'm currantly on a 2on 2off cycle . this allows you to run it alot longer. and Ill do a eca on the off days............11

Hey bro, how is the 2 on 2 off going for you?

JP, Hey bro, I read it in a book, and then last night I was reconfirmed I found it on Mike Strong's board. I love this idea as well, because I always seem to lose to much weight and strength while on the eca. Also in theory, wouldnt this allow you to run it longer, for the fact you receptors never get down? Bump for more replies!

I like that theory...got me to think...
It seems that you would be able to run a one day clen/eca switcheroo for a pretty long time. However I think after while you would need to give the clen a long(er) break...I thought it remained active for over 24 hours? If that's the case your body would eventually down regulate it, but not nearly at the rate that a two week on cycle would do it. Maybe a 36 hour clen/eca cycle would avoid that pitfall. Thoughts here?

thanks!

Here you guys can read the article here Interview

Excerpt from article "Begin alternating daily dose of 30 mcg clenbuterol and 100 mg ephedrine (i.e. one day C, next day E)"

I believe whoever this "pro" is he is clearely lying about the doses.

It's been tried by many, but the half-life of clen makes this dosing schedule not very effective. Clen's active life is roughly 36hrs. The people I know who've tried it always have gone back to a 2 week on/off regimen. 1 week on/off is also a possibility. Due to clen's half-life of greater than 24 hrs, it's similar to AAS in that you accrue plasma levels on a daily basis. But doing an EOD scheduling, you're short-changing yourself when it come s to efficacy. Ketotifen works pretty well to maintain beta receptors and allow for longer durations of clen, but w/o ketotifen, the 2 weeks on/off is generally pretty well-accepted as being the best.

Ok, so how about a 2 day on 2 day off cycle? That would seem to give enough time "off" for the clen to clear system, and allow receptors to be ready again. I hate doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, I seem to crash heavy while on the eca part of the cycle. That is why I would like to cut down the amount of time as much as possible that I am off clen.

I'm doing fine with it. of coarse the fat never comes off as fast as I'd like. A good friend of mine who's a BBer and on the verge of turning pro told me to try it this way. I was going to do the 2wk off/on deal but he told me this is the way alot of pro's that he knows do it.

I would like to hear Einsteins opinion on this because I beleve he knows his shit..........11

I'm not saying you won't get good results from doing it that way, but I am saying that that's not the best way to do it and get the optimal effects from it (similar to people gaining well of shooting sust 2x/wk, when ED would be more optimal and take full advantage of the compounds used).
There's a lot to be said for the psychological/motivational aspect of it too though. I agree that the crash is a bit of a downer, and it can affect workouts.
I also know people that run clen with ECA and cycle out just the clen (usually with ketotifen) too.

If the lethargy factor really is that big of a factor, you may be well-served to do a 1 or 2 day on/off and see how that works for you.

My guy did tell me about ketotifen and I've read some things on were you can run the 2 ( w/clen)for a long period of time. but I don't remember how long.............11
