clen doses (I'm shaken like a Polaroid picture! )

Just noticed the clen I have is at .04mg per tab! Is the recommended dose based on .02mg tabs? Only been using 2 tabs a day waiting for the shakes to subside, but right now I can hardly write out my name! Looks like a 3 year old's hand writing. I must say I feel MUCH better on the clen then when I used the old Xenadrine (with ephedrine). That stuff gave me some really high anxiety.

What is the max recommended dose per day for the .04mg tabs?

max doses vary from person to person. the "usual" dose is, after working your way up to the shakes, back off 1 pill. in your case since you have the higher dosed pills, you could try breaking them in half and backing off that way. or just use 1 pill less than you're using now.

Two tabs a day...so thats...80mcg (0.08mg), right? Damn, youre a lightweight! lol The clen I have is 400mcg (or .4mg)! They give me a nice buzz when I use em...kinda like a bees wings!

Thanks for the input. I've just read that anything over 140mcg a day is overkill as the beta receptors can only take so much of the product and then more is just wasteful.

Congrats.When i got my hands on the ip clen i thought they were 20 mcgs per tab.Didnt realize it was 200 mcgs per tab.Guess what i did? i took 2 tabs at the same time(this was the first time in my life i tried clen).I honestly couldnt sleep for 2 days non stop.And spent most of the first day shaking like an old man.I learnt my lesson to be careful with drugs in the future.
