Clen dosing frequency

I read on another thread where some guys dose 100mcg all at the same time ? I dose 25mcg by 4 times per day. have you all heard of dosing all at one time ,and if so what are the benefits ?

spread it out during the day!
would u take 4 pils of ephedrine at the same time?
or would u split it up during the day?

This was my reaction too, thats why i am posting. I asked this question in that thread like 4 seperate times.

not to flame u but the reason u havn't gotten an answer is..
its a pretty obvious answer...even if u did a little research
on clen u would know that it is spread out during the day.
 
quasi, you've read that it's done both ways right? so just pick the way that works for you. some can take 100+mcg in one shot and be fine. shit fast food or ftw took an ip superclen (200mcg!!!) and he didn't die. he had the shakes and decided to lower his dosage but he was fine. my point is this, if 100mcg is too much for you and you can't take it, then why ask what the pros and cons are? it's kind of a moot point, eh?

Who said i cant take it like that ? I said yesterday in the thread i would shake like a mofo, but if there is benefit, ill do it. Whats the fucking benefit is what i am still god damn asking ? Why are you having so much trouble understanding what i am asking ?

What is the benefit of single dosing Clen ?
 
quasi, the benefit is that you only have to take one dose a day. this way you don't have to worry about potentially missing one of your four doses. that's it. if you don't mind multiple dosing then so be it. i feel it's better to get it done and have it over with. sorry if i upset you. :D

Taking 125mcg of clen every morning before doing cardio helped a great deal in me losing 40lbs of fat between March and June this year. I cycled it 4 weeks on 2 weeks off during that period. It seems to make me dehydrated somehwhat, so that's why I take it just once, before cardio, then no more for the day.

yeah its prob cause it got u motivated to do an hour and a half of cardio as opposed to a half an hour...and I bet your diet was good too..

my point is this...I am a firm believer in diet and cardio to acheive fat loss goals..aas as a cruch...not a wheelchair...so if u wanna put that much stress
on your organs by doin one huge dose goahead...but I didnt tell u to do so..

Quas- If 25 isn't enough why not bump it u to 50 3 times a day or 75 2 times or three..see if that will work for ya...I still think it is better than doin all
at once...thats my opinion...Ive done clen a few times...so I know what worked
for me.

I didnt say 25 wasnt enough. I asked of there was any benefit in doing it once a day, receptor saturation or something.

You can't compare ephedrine to clen. The reason why clen was never approved by the FDA is because they do not like beta agonists with a such long half life. Not only is once a day dosing user friendly, it makes more sense to me for several reasons. The primary being that with a long half life, it is simply not necessary. Clen has biphasic elimination. The first/rapid phase being about 10 hours, the second/slow phase being a couple of days. That's why you'll see the half life of clen listed anywhere from 12 hours-2days. I feel its better for me if I take the dose all @ once, get a higher plasma concentration than splitting it up, then ride the half life until the next dose. I see no reason to split up clen doses. Take what you can tolerate in one dose & be done with it. Don't be too concerned with getting a specific mcg dose/day, you will able to work your single dose up if need be.
