Clen + T3 for Fat Loss

I posted this under the Nutrition/Supplement section (rookie mistake)... I think it belongs here, I apologize.

I like to shred when I'm not bulking ( I'm assuming everyone does) especially for the upcoming summer beach months.

So I'm trying to incinerate this baby blubber that's about 27 yrs old especially around my lower abs.

So I saw some results by taking Chromium Picolinate and Vanadyl Sulfate, but not enough.
So let's say that after doing a couple 2 wk cycles of Clen I still don't see the results I'm looking for.
Should I consider adding T3 in with the Clen?

Would it jack up my Thyroid production after I get off of it? Is there a way to Post Cycle T3 to keep thyroid production up?

My diet is clean. No garbage, hi protien, lo carbs.

IDK...I've been working out since I was 15, but in many respects I'm a complete and utter Newbie. So please excuse my ignorance. I really appreciate any help you guys can lend.

From my understanding t3 eats everything. So if your not on a AAS then you will lose some muscle. Also clen can damage heart muscle. From what I have researched you need taurine to help out with that problem.

As for PCT you'll have to research it. I think there are supps to help bring your t3 back should you have problems but I'm not up to par on that. I'm still researching.

Try taking a hot bath before you work out (take a multi vit before you hop in). Take a ECA stack and BCAA ( 15min before you go to the gym). Workout. On your way home from the gym, roll your windows up and crank the heater to high. Jump back into the tub with the heat on in your home and take another ECA stack. When you feel like your getting light headed get out of the tub and go eat.

You should release GH because of the stress your putting yourself though and eat well often. I did that every workout and was ripped. But I started out that way.

Try that while your researching your other deal. Just dont kill yourself. know your limit. If you dont, you will find out quick!

A bath would be better. Showers just do not get you as hot as a hot bath will.
 
hey just so you know, t3 is hell on your heart..in fact i tried out t3 and clen recently and after 5 days i got scary chest pains from it.. and i have a clean bill of health and no heart history in my family tree... so ive become a big fan of boycotting any heart stimulants... you can get better effect from diet and cardio! think long term health man..

Once your heart goes bad, like a bad back injury, your DONE.

I heard ephedrine was really bad for you but I have NEVER had a problem with it. Been using it since 1996.

Albuterol seems to be a safer choice
 
Assuming one'd just gotten off a 10 wk cycle of Test Cyp.

Trying to cut for the the 10 off weeks.

If one was to plan on returning to a Test Cyp/Tren cycle at the end of the 10 off weeks....

Should I be overly concerned with muscle loss?
 
Hey guys, I am in the same boat as Hulk! I am looking at DNP very seriously as well and wanted to get some feedback! I didn't get the results from ECA as I had hoped for and it may have been that I was not taking enough Eph in the ECA stack but I really think I may give DNP a go and see how it works for me. I have read LOTS on it and it looks very hard on the body but everyone seems to say it is worth it for the fat lose that you get after going through all the junk and sides for a few weeks!
Any help would be great!!

DNP seems to harsh of sides for me. I've done eca, clen and albuterol. I prefer eca stack because of how I get jacked up on it. Of clen and albuterol, I definitely prefer albuterol. Clens sides are pretty harsh and that's why I'm sure I wouldn't like DNP.
 
I must say the DNP sides do sound very harsh but I must also tell you that I didn't really get any results from ECA! I was taking 25/200 twice a day and I was not pleased at all! I might should have upped the dose to 25/200 three times a day but I think I should have at least felt some effects and should have had some results to show for it!
Anyone that has taken DNP want to give a little more input on this??
 
To be honest out of clen and dnp id say I had worse sides on clen. DNP was really easy for me to take and of course I had good results and even gained muscle. I'm sure everyones different but the dnp would be my choice.
