clen vs t3

been leaning up for summer and im thinking of getting a little help

ok so i have both on hand and am trying to weigh out the positives and negatives

i dont like clen it makes me jittery. i can be watching tv or doing a crossword puzzle and ill feel nervous for no reason. not good at all for my game with the ladies.

i dont like t3 either. i feel like i loose alot of muscle when im on it.


anyways whats your input on this? which one do you prefer
 
ECA gets out of your system quicker - whereas clen stays 24+ hrs.

I prefer clen, I take it in the morning and I start with a low dose the first day. If I feel no sides, I up the dose slightly the next day and etc until I feel some sides (but no so much that I am having hot flashes, losing sleep or trembling).

I get the best results when I am right "on the border" of inducing mild sides that come with the positive effects.

As you likely know, an increase in dosage is required during the cycle. I run clen for ~4-5 weeks and stay off for a time equal to or greater than the cycle length.

This is based on experience. There may be a better protocol out there.
 
i'm super sensitive to clen too bro but the side do decrease and you may find that it can increase your mental clarity making you better with the ladies. ;)

i would take the lowest possible dose of clen that you can without feeling sides and bump it up ever so slightly over a week, then see if you can roll with another week at what will be a low level for week two (when compared to most people) [because you are sensitive to clen]...2 on 2 off

you can also run the T3 and significantly bring down your TSH levels causing you to be more hyper without being catabolic. You dont have to roll at the 100mcg ED level, especially off gear. try 50mcg ED max daily dose and run it for 8 to ten weeks (this includes taper up taper down time) This will give you time for three 2 week clen cycles BTW.
