clenbuterol HELP!

Hi im new to this.. jus wanted to ask a question..
ive been taking clenbuterol for 1 1 and a half weeks now (20,40,40,60,80,80,100,100,120,120)
and ive been getting the shakes pretty bad (nothing unbearable) no headaches or eally any other sideeffects. But i have seen no increase in body temperature at all, ive tested my body temp before and while on clen and its the same. i dont feel any warmer either.

anyway i havnt noticed any real fatloss yet and my question is would the clen be working or shuld i just stop it?

i've been doing some research on clen and will be taking it next week.
i noticed you said you have been taking clen for 11 weeks now? have you taken a rest im between those weeks? clen is used diffrently buy diffrent people. i have heard that taking clen for 2 weeks on then two weeks off is a safe dosage for your body to handel. but going up in mcg as you have stated above is fine .you should be maxamizing your dosage to 120 mcg you should be hitting this point around the 7th or 8th day, then start bringing your dosage down again i.e 120,80,80,60,60,40,40.

also bro can you give me an idea on what your diet is, training days, and most importantly how many times a week you do cardio, also give the amount of time i.e 30 min a day??

you will get the shakes bro there is no avoding that but i have heard from freinds that the shivers only last 8 day or around that. but i can suggest the best thing to do is proberly bring your dosage down.
 
11 weeks is WAY to long! :eek:

Dont expect much but side effects at this point.

If you didnt lose any weight you were not dialed on your diet and training.

Wow, WTF, do you have a liver? Clen depletes taurine from your liver at 3-5g DAILY. Taurine is responsible for calming excitory pathways in the body (i.e. stopping ' the shakes' and heart palpitations) as well as facilitating various nervous functions, and transporting sodium and potassium across cell membranes and an assload of other processes. Secondly your receptors have got to be shot. Did you take any breaks or utilize ketotifen or diphenhydramine in your clen cycle?

Perhaps he has been cycling it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for the past 11 weeks.

Did you even read the OP? Let me make it a little more simple, the 10 numbers in bold are the dosages per week....don't see any zeros in there.

Stop taking Clen TODAY! For future reference, don't even bother with Clen, as it is a drug w/ dangerous side effects for such a poor thermogenic/stimulant.

I disagree. Just because it doesn't work for you or other people you know, doesn't mean it can't work for others. I personally have had tremendous success with Clen. If you do it right, you can take clen for 8 or 12 weeks continuously without many problems. The 2 main things you need to make this happen are Ketotifen and Taurine. Without Keto, Clen becomes minimally effective (if at all) after about 2 weeks. But, with the Keto helping to up-regulate your beta receptors, the clen continues to be thermogenically active. Taurine is also necessary to replace what is depleted from your liver. Honestly, I can't imagine cycling Clen without taurine. The cramps I get from lack of Taurine suck balls!

For the OP... 11 weeks on Clen is NOT unheard of. But, you should have seen results after only 2 weeks! Why did you continue to take it when you weren't getting results? In that sense, taking Clen for 11 weeks is pointless and stupid. Get a different source for your Clen or try a different thermogenic.

i agree 11 weeks is to long for any supplement i'm hoping he ment 1 and a half weeks.

but diet hard and cardio 30-45 mins 3-4 times per week, think of it like this its only for two weeks bro.

i took stack II pills and droped half a stone in two weeks i was doing cardio and a very clean diet.

get some i had advise from you last time also, thanks for that it really helped. i'm guna do my deca and test e course along with clen. bro could you let me know. what i need to take with clen? i'm thinking milk thisle which i will already be useing anyway along side with glusamine, vitamin c and taurine. anyhting else you can reccomend for me to cut down the chances of side affects?

Personally, I wouldn't run clen with Test and Deca. I wouldn't want anything to get in the way of maximizing my Test/Deca gains. A little water weight goes a l ong way for strength gains my friend. If you are looking to remains somewhat lean throughout cycle I would run something completely different. If you are up for it, run Tren with Test and you'll get much leaner than on Deca.

Also, like I said before, if you do decide to run clen I wouldn't even consider it without Keto.
