Clenbuterol? I need advice..

i am looking into getting some clenbuterol but im not to sure if it's worth the money and trouble of getting it. can anyone who has taken it tell me how well they did with it or didnt for that matter? im basically just looking to lean up a bit more. does this stuff help and whats a good dosage and are there any contraindications?

Bumping 11 on this one, if you take it, watch your diet and keep the cardio up, it wont melt the fat off if you just sit around like Al Bundy.
BTW, if you decide to take the plunge be aware that clen can affect you in different ways: sweats, your hands shake like you're on crack, I have gotten very irritable to the point where I just want to put certain family members in a shallow grave.

before you start monitor your temp. for a week, have a thermometerby your bed when you wake up DONT get up just gently reach over and get the thermo, take temp, record, do it for 7 days
than
when you start do the same thing in the morn start off with 40mcg a day, take in the morn, all at once then 1 hour later take temp , record, did it increase? record.. the next day take 60mcg, 1 hour later, temp, record data.. next day take 80mcg in morn 1 hour later temp, record.. next day take 100mcg total, 60 in morn 1 hour later take temp, record is your temp going up?ok good then 40 in mid afternoon, 1 hour later temp, record, the next day take 80mcg morn record temp, 40mcg, afternoon record, did your temp stay the same ok then thats your dose 120mcg a day, get the point whenever your temp stops rising that is the dose you should be taking according to duchaine.. take for 12 days on 12 days off for fat loss
