hey fellas how y'all doing !! Well I would like to start off by asking y'all about this drug and y'all experience with it , some ppl say that it doesn't really help at all others that it does but minimum , and honestly I don't even know if clen still part of today's cycles , share your experience and speak the truth !!
 
Can anyone detail their own personal experience of clen use during pct as an anticarabolic agent to negate muscle wasting coming off cycle
not my personal experience but I was actually very interested about this a few weeks ago. I looked into it around the web and was able to conclude from most people's experiences that it was a bad idea since it caused them to shred weight and was unable to keep up their strength. + people tend to feel tired on clen, imagine adding it pct where you feel like crap lol

There's no "muscle wasting" after a cycle. Only waste is during PCT you don't eat and train hard! People will offer their excuses- but it's a fact that after a cycle as your Test level drops and water leaves the muscles (looking flat), people think they're "losing" muscles. If you still lifting heavy (might lost couple of reps but at the same weights) and continue eating your calories- I can't see no reasons you can keep them gains!

What happen during PCT.. people will go into Pussy Mode- starting cutting their calories and not lifting heavy. Maybe they're not discipline on their training/diet and used AAS as a shortcut.

During PCT.. Don't F around your metabolism or thyroid and start introducing more chemicals into your body. Keep it simple w/ clomid and Nolva- let the body heal and recover!

After PCT and your blood work shows you've recover.. then maybe, introduce Clen or T3/T4 (if you can handle the sides).
 
Clen really never made me shake. Infact I am getting off t3 right now and using Clen to help minamize the weight gain from coming of t3. T3 I used up to 100mcg a day. No shakes nada. Resting heart rate and BP effected. My T3 came from my doctor so I know it is legit. What I cannot stress enough is while T3 was beneficial in allowing me to eat more and not gain it made my muscles flat. Not even Tren is strong enough to combat that catabolism of T3

You know what minimized weight gain? No, it's not adding Clen after T3.. It's reducing your calories and add/increase your cardio! As your body clear itself of T3 and return to normal (aka baseline)-there be a window where your T3 is low and eating at the same level while running T3 will cause the body to gain some fat and muscle. As for the muscle, during T3 it looks flat because T3 will draw out glycogen (which is 75% water)..making it seems like you're losing weight.. But now, as the glycogen fills back.. guess what, if you step on the scale.. it looks like your gaining weight.. At that moment people start to panic and start reducing their calories to the extremes!.. IMO,it's the best time to put your diet/training plan into action-- post T3.
 
Alright I'm wondering about sleep: I love the effects of clen and also the way that it makes me feel, the energy boost. Same with Albuterol/Sambutamol.

BUT. The side effect that I get - since I'm sensitive to stimulants - is lousy sleep.
High heart rate and restlessness don't exactly make for a good night' sleep.
How can you get the best of both worlds? Without prozac, I mean ;-)
 
I took 160 mcg for 4 days, got a headach3 and back to 120. But just about done with 2 weeks. so going to take 2 weeks off. this stuff makes my kill my workouts.

Does it really gives you energy boost ? I would say the opposite, as jburton said it kills my workouts, constants headache, dry mouth no matter how much water you drink and....regarding sleep at night not too sure cause I always used it first thing in the morning, also makes shaky as fuck
 
I'll probaly getting flamed for this but dnp is way better then clen IMO. Clen makes me feel like shit but a low dose of dnp and little or no carbs and I don't get any sides and the fat melts. From what I've read clen works best to get from 10% to 5% anything above 10 dnp works best.

LOL I meant kill as in destroy the weight in a good way. But if I do clen at to high of a dose to fast, or if it builds up a lot. It will hinder you lifts. You gotta find the sweet spot.
I just sip water for dry mouth. I just deal with the sides. But if headaches are there I take a day off. Since your only running it for 2 weeks at a time.
 
The only side effects I get is muscle cramps from hell, and my lungs feel sore. That's it. I don't get any noticeable shakes at all. I've taken Pre workouts worse then clen, jittery wise , even at 100mcg .

Muscle cramps are due to insufficient water intake, lungs feel sore and that's it ???? Wtf , yes pre workouts can give you that feeling too but only for a hour or so clen shakes last all day

Fair enough, I take only 40mcg which is one tablet and that shit is strong as hell, enough to make me tired and less than that is pointless to take
