Clomid for ball growth

On 200 mg per week of Test C. My doctor just prescribed 50mg Clomid EOD to bring my balls back to size. Anybody done this and how long before they were hanging low and back to original size? Doc said Clomid would be a permanent addition to my trt.

I know HCG mimics LH which starts the balls working again. But clomid tricks the system into naturally releasing LH and also FSH. Its cheaper and simply a pill. I have used HCG successfully, but its extremely expensive unless I buy it overseas (no insurance coverage for men). Overseas is a pain waiting for delivery and potential fake crap. Just wondered if anyone had an answer to my original question. Thanks.

Clomid in PCT always plumped my balls back up after a mild cycle. Seems like week 2-3 is where they start hanging low again and load size goes up too. 50mg daily had me feeling emotional though.

Tusoa, if you find the clomid gives you mental/emotional side effects consider talking to your doc about switching to tamoxifen which has the same benefits but seems not to be prone to causing the same 3motional sides as clomid does in bros susceptible to those sides. Why that is, ive never understood. But could have something to do with the selective binding domain differences between the two drugs?

They are more or less interchangeable from my understanding. Both are SERMs and both restore HPTA function. Id be curious to know why tamoxifen seems to have less emotional sides than clomid though.

According to this toremifene may be a better option than raloxifene. But its possible they were underdosing the raloxifene in this study and perhaps was not equipotent to the other 2 SERMs.

So for ball atrophy, you think tamox can do a clomid does for atrophy.
We already about hcg for anyone that's wants to reply hcg lol. What about toremifene?
Also...I don't think ralox would do anything for ball growth.
It didn't do any of that for me but I was taking it for gyno removal

Well lets be clear what OP means by ball growth. Basically his TRT shut his natty t down which means his balls shrunk. His LH and FSH will be down the shitter. SERMs will boost his LH/FSH which may bring his balls back to their normal size however i dont know if that will happen while still using the TRT. Apparently his TRT doc thinks so, hence the RX.

What do you believe Clomid does in its pharmacological mechanism of action that Tamoxifen does not do? They are more or less the same mechanism of action bro. What Clomid does so too does tamoxifen. If you dont believe me just research on this forum bros using only tamoxifen for PCT, it works and their balls bounce back to normal size using it.

I mean I knew it was used to get something back after you're off...but not during. Which means it's not the same if clomid while on will help while tamox wouldn't

Tamoxifen and Clomid are like Jay Cutler and a Snowmobile... totally different stuff..
Tamoxifen is a molecule “estrogen shaped” that binds above all to breast’s estrogen receptors..but doesnt exert an estrogenic anabolic function, just bind to it, preventin estrogens to bind to it and telling then the ribosomes to synthesize certain proteins.. like breast tissue etc.. and is so called Antagonistic

Clomiphen is a molecule that acts on Hypotalamus as Agonist, and tell it to release gonadotropins (primarily Follicles Stimulants Hormone and Luteinizing Hormone) that as its name says, leads to growth of gonads.

Totally different purposes.. Tamox is antagonistic of estrogens primarily on breast tissue to reduce its growth due to “agonistic” estrogens (anabolic steroids) and Clomiphen exert primarily an Agonistic effects on Hypothalamus estrogen receptors since as far i read on drug bank and pubMed, some estrogens made by hypothalamus can lead to a reduced production of Gonadotropins.

I didnt understand yet how my balls function... now its cold and they’re small...

In all seriousness i always thought exogenous test could feed Sertoli cells and prevent Testicles from shrinking ... dont remember if some shutdown mechanism due to TRT leads to a lower gonadotropins level and so , the exogenous Testosterone isnt enough to have big balls... but i remember that i had bigger balls on cycle

@Dr JIM what can you tell us out of your knowledge and wisdom? Someone on TRT should/could run Clomid to have bigger balls? Thanks

Its interesting hiw it effects some ppl so severely. I ran clomid for several months straight, pulled bloods that confirmed its legitimacy, and had no psychological issues nor vision issues the entire time. Other bros are the same.
