cloudy oxytocin

Just wondering if anyone has ran into cloudy oxytocin even when using hospira bac? Any experiences or best practice? Should I use sterile water instead? Looking to do injections and not intranasal. The one on left is the oxytocin 5mg (2ml bac) and the other for reference is tesa using same bac. Should I try another vial with the same bac or use something else with it
