Example of my different leg training with more intensity from rest pause or drops

Legs
Free weight squats- 4 sets ,8-10 reps 1 short to failure last set was double rest pause set,i would rest 15 sec then do 3 reps minimum until failure....rest between sets 2min
Stiff leg deadlift-- 4 sets ,8-10 reps 1 short to failure last set was double dropset all to failure...2 min rest
Leg extension-- 4 sets ,8-10 reps 1 short to failure last set double dropset all to failure...2min rest
Adductor machine- - 4 sets ,8-10 reps 1 short to failure..2min rest
Calf raises-- 4 sets ,8-10 reps to failure,rest 2 mins and stretch
 
What does he gain by ripping these coaches though? I just don’t know why he would take the time to make these podcasts since they only attract a small demographic.

Have you watched his videos regarding cognitive health? I find those to be pretty interesting especially the ones based around serotonin. I never realized just how important it is for overall contentment and well being
His videos on cognitive enhancement/health are fucking awesome. A friend of mine has been treating CFS with cerebrolysin and having amazing results.
 
I also have different leg training,i do everything in phases...as volume goes up intensity goes down,when intensity goes up i lower the volume
Makes sense and I guess I’ll give myself some clout. I’m also trying to coach . I’m mainly more experienced for the dudes just looking to get in shape at this point but do have some chemical knowledge lol . not a freak like the freaks mentioned but I love writing programs
 
For all the guys asking in pm about prices,now coaching from me is 100$ per month...diet,my own training style and AAS protocols. But i only accept guys that will stick to the plan and work hard every day
 
Chest
Flat DB flys 3 sets 10-15 reps,3-4 sec on negative 1 sec hold in stretch position,2-3 sec positive...all sets total failure
Incline DB press very heavy 4 sets 5-8 reps ,hold again 1 sec in stretch position
Cable crossover 3 sets 10-20 reps ,after failure do half reps to extend sets even more
Flat DB press start from most heavy DB i can lift all the way to 10 lbs,rest only 10sec in between, every set to failurePolish_20210912_145258350.jpg
