I had quest give me a reading of 200ng/dl on 150mg of doctor prescribed TRT. This was over a year ago when I was first contemplating switching to UGL test to save money so I wanted to have a baseline comparison. After seeing that I got tested by my doctor (it actually costs me more money to get tested by a doctor which makes 0 sense. healthcare is a scam). I tested at 800ng/dl through my doctor.
I have not messed with quest since. It's weird because I had gotten tested through quest like 3 times before that and the results were fine. So I think quest does screw up, maybe not everytime. I would recommend getting retested especially if he's covering it. Disclaimer, I'm on colonial's stuff now and had good bloodwork results.
