We've all seen it: you're scouring social media cuz you're bored out of your mind and you come across the weirdos they quote the study regarding 600 mg of testosterone and no exercise building more muscle compared to those who are training without testosterone. Even though that's not what happened they misquote it that way. They merely gained more than the group with no exercise and Placebo, correct?
The simple answer is that just taking testosterone, even high dosages, it's not going to get you jacked. I mean there are even guys that are taking High dosages of everything and working out and still aren't jacked because they thought it was magic, but they're consistency and diet sucks.
They are typically commenting that "anyone can look like that if they were on steroids". Yet if they simply look at the "jacked" person and their lifestyle and they will see that they're in the gym very often and pretty much their whole life is surrounded by Gym life.
The fact they even quote the study and say these things is the first indication that they've never actually done gear.
If you feel like being a social justice Warrior today and fighting against those who want to Discount hard work because you're bored on the toilet taking a poop... what is your typical comeback and how do you defeat all of the issues with the study?

To make matters worse they sometimes paste this graphic which they obviously didn't read the study or understand what the graphic is displaying. They merely see the training lower than Testosterone and rest.... and it gets misconstrued.
