Coming out of the shadows

Hey there.. Long time lurker. I think I had an account years ago when the HcG diet was popular...

54 yo female trying to get her shit together.

Down 25 lbs in a few years. I try to get at least 100+ grams of protein in and eat loose macros. I walk 4x a week but need to get my butt upstairs or in the gym to start lifting again.

I am all over the peptide forums. I am postmeno and on BHRT... T, E & P from a compounding pharmacy as I am wicked susceptible to oils. We settled on sesame as I had reactions to MCT and grapeseed... pinning every other day to stay stable. I stack sema and tirz and am looking to add cagri soon. I just had my bloodwork done last week and am waiting on the results. My NP put me on low dose thyroid meds 6 months ago and I gained 6-8 lbs back from the original 35 I lost. I haven't gained anymore but I can't get it to budge. I have a pretty well built up pep inventory. I just have to decide what to add and where to go from where I am. I also am doing a KLOW protocol but I haven't even finished a month yet...

I am also interested in learning about ostarine. Someone had mentioned it yesterday so I came looking to get educated.

Oh.. and I have been watching the Tracy saga for months. Some of you are absolutely hysterical....

Welcome. Why did you stack? Did you max out on the loss from one GLP med?
Yes. I was doing split dosage Sunday and Weds of 2mg sema for a while.. I found gray as I was scared insurance was going to cut me off at some point. Researched a ton as to what others were doing. I went back to sema one day a week and maxxed out. Added tirz and am up to 7.5mg. Same Sun/Weds schedule.

Well hey, welcome to Meso. You'll fit right in if you stick around.

There are no stupid questions (although as a self-proclaimed long-time lurker, you know people will say to use the search bar before asking).

I do and I did.. and there isn't a lot of info on it for women, unfortunately.
