I’ve been digging into ancillaries sourcing from Indiamart lately, and one thing keeps coming up: it’s not so much the cost of packs that kills us — it’s the uncertainty. Even when the price is fair, too many packages get caught in customs, and many vendors just say “not our problem” instead of offering a reship or refund. That kills the whole deal.
Most of what I see out there now are resellers shipping India → EU or India → US directly, which is great, but for many of us that still means a lot of risk. What we really need are suppliers who are ready to take on that risk: ones that regularly ship India → Europe → Europe (so we have a mid-point to smooth things out), or from India to the US, and have a reship policy when stuff gets stuck in customs or lost. Low seizure / loss rates would be the cherry on top.
Here’s a concrete example: I found Divinex. They ship from India, land in France, then distribute the rest of Europe. Their shipping costs are about $100, which isn’t outrageous.
What I want from this thread is your real experiences:
Seen the fact that Indiamart is a maze I think we need to combine our strength and develop this muscle for our mutual benefit. Not only will it save us money, but it will also give us access to meds that are not even available in some of our regions.
As with any muscle, it will take a while to develop. So let's take into account that we need some time to get results.
I would really like this thread to be constructive. I know many of you had bad experiences but we're trying to find a way to make this work, not to linger in the past.
My contribution is a pilot order from Shrestha Global Pharma. They do ship direct India → Europe but claim to have very low seizure rates. I will let you know the outcome.

- How responsive the seller was when something went wrong
- How long the process took, and whether reship/refund actually happened
