Yeah, that sucks. You are not the only one, some other user in this thread was also complaining that they were -at least for a while- ghosting him. I don't know what to tell you, I can only describe my own experience, which has been very different from yours. They have certainly issued refunds to me and other people, so I'd say "nag them".

I'm just warning people here so they're aware and don't lose their money like I did. I'm not one of those people who's constantly messaging them. I wrote to them a week ago, and since they didn't respond, I wrote again 3-4 days later, and still no response. So I'm giving up and considering my money lost.

I managed to speak with Divine, they told me they would give me a partial refund, which is better than nothing... even so, I'm still waiting for the refund after 4 days.
