Community Review: IndiaMart Ancillaries

Originally, I planned to consolidate everything into a big AI assisted master post so people could bookmark it and see pricing, manufacturers, and sourcing across the major players. Now I’m leaning the other way: I’ll probably only share this with people I’ve seen actually contribute. Everyone else can pound sand.
Pretty sure I already told you we’re friends, right? I distinctly remember that conversation. So if this turns into a VIP, contributors-only vault… I assume my name magically appears on that list at some point.

Totally respect the gatekeeping though. Let the sand-pounders keep pounding while the adults share notes quietly.

You’re exactly right. I’ve spent the last month sorting through well over a hundred quotes and product lists trying to lock down a true wholesale level supplier.

I may have finally found it. My most recent large order just received tracking numbers, and the communication has been on point the entire time. I’m not going to share too many details yet, especially since they were very open about their internal process and their 98% landing rate that kind of transparency isn’t common, and I’m not trying to burn a good thing.

This vendor is straight no nonsense. They work at true wholesale level, only deal in top tier manufacturers, and their AAS catalog is extensive. No games, no “let me check with my guy” middleman nonsense if it’s in stock, it’s in stock. They also aren’t heavily exposed on IndiaMart, which honestly is a huge plus.

Quiet operators with real inventory.
May I ask you if you know if this source has a dedicated successful shipping method for delivery to eu countries? 90% of them either don't ship to eu or ship with a high seizure risk

Me and @BALLISTIC go way back. Great friends. I'm not sure if he remembers, but I saved his cat stuck in a tree back in 97.

I think my name will magically appear on the list right next to yours ;)

Noted, your on the list. There's only a handful.

It seems to be best at bulk pricing. I was discussing this with Banana. Some things will be significantly cheaper, it bounces, but hopefully the finalized list will lead you to the legitimate vendor with the best price for what you seek.

I haven't inquired, I will though, and if you like I can ask for a specific country? In EU. Just advise which or DM me.

Funny things is in 97 I had a few cats. Haha adopted a cool stray that hunted everything down and brought it to the door. Unfortunately time passed and so did they. Got dogs now. No more tree worries.

But I remember. Haha I've got you noted. Like I was saying above in speaking with banana, I think I'm going to produce the list just for a few contributors to fend off TikTards for as long as possible.

I’ve probably enquired and spoken to over 50 vendors on IM but Rohits prices for most things can’t be beaten, especially AAS.

Vishnu (sp) at Pharmasiaexports matched him on Shree Venkatesh prices but shipping is a lot more. If you call them out on this they will quickly drop the shipping prices. I would recommend him though 100%. Had a delivery of Viagra and Finasteride land quickly and the Viagra was half the price of other Vendors for 1000 tabs. Quick shipping but he is one pushy salesman so be prepared to deal with ‘sir are you there?’, ‘you there?’, ‘sir???’ lol

For alpha pharma gear KM Overseas is my go to, good pricing for AP gear, £20 for test e, test Cyp etc, pricier than your other Indian labs but you know your getting honest gear from them. Also found him to be the cheapest for Headon HGH - 40iu $96

Ive made an order on IndiaMart with a vendor called Aventis Global. I ordered some Cariprazine (anti-psychotic for Schizoprenia). They had trouble accessing the brand I wanted but asked if I would consider a generic substitute, which I gave the go ahead for. Communication has been great and my package was dispatched in a timely manner. I have received a Royal Mail tracking number and am waiting for the package to enter the UK to get further tracking information and delivery. Im slightly worried about customs seizure and receiving a fake product. I will try and contact the manufacturer of the product and verify authenticity using the batch number and expiry date (there could be counterfeits). I will report back when I have more information.

Seriously though, thank you to everyone who has contributed to this thread and kind of paved the way for some of us to break into the market there, much appreciated guys!
Yes, thank you to all contributors. I’ll continue to seek out new potential sources and get product lists and quotes. So far, Rohit is till the most competitive in pricing in my experience thus far.

Question for the community. Do you negotiate with vendors or try and have them price match competitors?

It depends..on what you're buying and quantities..

There's MSRP price and then wholesale price.
You can't expect wholesale price..when you buy a single piece of chicken at costco. Buy a thousand? Yea, now we're talking, start bargaining.

If you're buying something that has a patent on it, there's rarely any room to negotiate. It's mostly manufacturer controlled, MSRP. Buying some odd substance? Yea MSRP.

For most cases I try to buy a box, rather than individual strips. The price is also usually better.

@bananafeet would you know any testing labs in India where we could test some gear? I have guy in Nagpur who can get stuff from Rohit and send it for a test.Should be much cheaper then sending it to jano or analizaBielek.

Makes sense. Thanks Photon.

I'm trying out a different source now..but do you guys still have stuff to even buy? Lol @BALLISTIC @bananafeet
According to my calculations to have two years worth of stock I still have $800 to order. It's just basic stuff.

Clinlidipine, Exemestane, Ezetimibe, Rosuvostatin, Mirazapine, Sertraline, Telmisartan, Tadalafil etc etc

I've got everything is a giant spreadsheet with expiry dates, manufacturer, cost price and usage projection.

Austistic much lol

I've used quite a bit of Lantus so I don't know if I stock up on that. The stuff I already bought expires in 2028. So it's nice and fresh. I think as long as I'm running HGH I have to run lantus.

I’m curious what everyone orders. I need new stuff to try even though I don’t need it! Haha. I’ve been pretty basic.

***GENERAL INFO***

This serves as random info pertaining more to new members, and those wanting to venture down the black hole that is India Mart. You've been warned. Haha
I've received several questions through DMs and rather than reply to all this is easier.

From what I’ve been able to determine, the Indian market essentially operates in three arenas stocking wholesalers, wholesale distributors, and retail. Even accounting for risk, pricing at the wholesale and distributor level is still significantly cheaper than domestic or other sources we’re familiar with here. The main missing piece so far is a proven, reliable reship option, which means the risk/reward factor still exists. That said, based on the pricing I’ve evaluated, even two to three seizures would still be cheaper overall, as long as retail is avoided for the most part. We’ll probably all vary in opinion on that depending on total order volume, cost, and how much you’re personally willing to spend and risk across transactions.

You’ve probably noticed how wildly prices vary from vendor to vendor. It’s not so much the manufacturers, that part is fairly consistent but rather the pricing of identical items.

For example::: Vendor A may have brand name medication-1 at a very low cost, while Vendor B charges triple for the same item yet offers a completely different medication-2 at a fraction of Vendor A’s price. I’ve determined the first “remedy” they often offer is pushing a different, lesser manufacturer. Don’t jump to this right away stick to your guns and pursue the item you want at the price you’re aiming for. They know the market is flooded on IndiaMART and that competition is vast.

There’s very little internal logic unless you map it out. My goal with this is to develope a list to bring some sanity to the purchasing process by identifying the best route for specific items rather than relying on a single vendor. While this requires multiple orders from different sources, it should ultimately produce the lowest possible cost with the highest efficiency.

I currently have three orders out as of today and have already pushed back on shipping costs, which were excessive. I’m also evaluating margins on shipping. One vendor immediately cut their shipping cost in half after I called it out, and I’m hoping to leverage that with others. That should give a clearer picture of true costs while also weighing whether certain shipping options offer a better probability of landing.

Honestly, a while back I was informed they’re aware of this thread, and it wouldn’t surprise me if some have taken to the board to gain intel. Their culture is very business/cunning oriented and at times overly pushy oriented so hopefully, if that’s the case, they’ll read what’s going on here and accommodate accordingly for the business avenue it brings.

Pricing fluctuates heavily based on quantity. For one item, I priced it by strip, box, and then multiple boxes, and the price drops to nearly one third at the multiple box level, significant enough to rule out single strips or small quantities altogether. Where possible, pricing at the box level offers meaningful additional savings.

Honestly, with all of this, I’m just bored and I enjoy negotiations so it’s been a fun process, conveniently enough. My concern is that by the time I gather enough solid information, something will change and I’ll have wasted my time. But for now, I endure the constant “sir,” “Mr,” and “friend.”

***SIDE NOTE***
I’VE IDENTIFIED WITH CERTAINTY ONE ENTITY BEING TARGETED FOR SCAMMING.

SKY HEALTH IS A LEGITIMATE ENTITY; HOWEVER, NUMEROUS ACCOUNTS EXIST THAT ARE SCAMMERS. IF YOU INTEND ON USING THEM, ENSURE IT IS THE WELL REFERRED TO AND REVIEWED “SKY HEALTH.”

IT WON’T BE HARD TO DETERMINE...THE SCAMMERS USUALLY REPLY WITH
“SUP YOU NEED SOME MEDS OR SOME STUFF?”

ANOTHER WORD ON SCAMMING.
TRY TO DRAG YOUR ORDER OUT AND GET A FEEL FOR WHO YOU'RE COMMUNICATING WITH. TYPICALLY AFTER A FEW DAYS IF IT'S THROUGH WHATSAPP, THEY OFTEN GET BANNED. SO UNLESS YOU'RE IN A HURRY PROLONGING THE CONVERSATION HAS PROVEN TO BE BENEFICIAL.

WITH THAT SAID I HAVE COME ACROSS MORE LEGITIMATE VENDORS THAN NOT. IT'S A BUSINESS BUT DO YOUR RESEARCH.
