I'm trying out a different source now..but do you guys still have stuff to even buy? Lol @BALLISTIC @bananafeet
Dude I'm on a ... Pardon my language.

FUCKING ADVENTURE

I'm enjoying this beyond reasonable measure. Haha I've got items for family, friends, I'm buying stuff that doesn't even relate to us on Meso.

I'm still waiting on the insulin you posted, I took a great deal of interest to it and when I know you'll be first. If you find it let me know also.

According to my calculations to have two years worth of stock I still have $800 to order. It's just basic stuff.

Clinlidipine, Exemestane, Ezetimibe, Rosuvostatin, Mirazapine, Sertraline, Telmisartan, Tadalafil etc etc

I've got everything is a giant spreadsheet with expiry dates, manufacturer, cost price and usage projection.

Austistic much lol

I've used quite a bit of Lantus so I don't know if I stock up on that. The stuff I already bought expires in 2028. So it's nice and fresh. I think as long as I'm running HGH I have to run lantus.
Im rapidly becoming you, im getting a little autistic and ocd stocking my self up. BUT you sir I aspire to be so tidy and clean with it.

Very happy with Rohit so far! Box after box is being shipped and cleared by customs. He seems to be a quality connect not just another source. 1 package cleared customs it appears but never updated beyond the next facility but says still should receive it in the next few days. Every other pack updated facility to facility like normal. Otherwise everything else has been flawless

Don't sleep on the enormous range of female hormones available from India.

Tibolone, oral micronised progesterone, injectable and oral estrogens, abortion pills (mifepristone), topical and vaginal estrogen/progesterone/testosterone.

Then there are the detoxification stuff like NAC pharma grade, glutathione injection.

There are also the newest insulins like FIASP and tresiba. Don't forget about the insulin pens both prefilled and reusable.

Other shit like UDCA 300mg can be gotten cheap $20 per 100. It reduced my gamma GT on a blood test. I think it helps like TUDCA to keep bile flow working.

Then the esoteric shit like injectable vitamins and iron transfusion. Injectable glucagon for when you over do insulin (and someone else resuscitates you).

I'm sure you could get injectable NAC as well for Panadol/Tylenol over dose.

That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Iron transfusion!? Could address my very low ferritin. I feel like if I start giving my myself Iron transfusions I’ve completely entered another realm.

It's IV only my dude. I'd only do it if you could pay a nurse. I dare say you'd need a IV bag of sterile water to dilute it. You can't mainline iron into the veins. That shit makes you feel nauseated as heck too

I didn't mention some other shit I found. Don't wanna give people dumb ideas lol

2026 and somehow we still don’t have a pill that just says “lower hct” on the label. Tragic.

I’m taking pentoxifylline and deep down I want to believe it’s doing something. Bloodwork says otherwise, but mentally it helps. Placebo gains are still gains, right?

Blood donation did the job though. Hct went from 56 down to 49%. Victory… until ferritin fell straight into the abyss. Now it’s been 3-4 months and I’m still trying to resurrect it.

So yeah, pick your poison. Thick blood or empty iron stores. Modern medicine is wild.

You're like a bad heroin habit... Hahaha
The influence is strong.

Seriously thanks though, you mentioned some items I didn't even consider at all like FIASP. You have much experience with it? The vit B is interesting.

I’m right there with you, hence the need for an Iron Transfusion.

No experience. Lantus is a basal insulin which help tell your liver to stop making glucose. On HGH this lowers fasting glucose.

Insulin r which I'm using sometimes for the gym is useless because it's too slow. So fiasp can be used for post workout carbs. Basically help out the old pancreas to get shit into the muscles quickly.

I'll have my fiasp soon so I'll let you know. You need a novo pen and only use bugger all. Like 2 units.

You can't absorb or recycle iron without vitamin c. Take about 500mg or 1000mg of vitamin C per day or start drinking a shit ton of orange juice.

Guarantee with red meat like bison, kangaroo, deer and beef your iron will skyrocket. Avoid any vegies with oxylates that reduce the absorption.

Tiktok girlies with anaemia taught me that (skulling orange juice).

Also polyps into the intestine can cause low iron too. Maybe look into it if you have other symptoms. On a random note stopping Decca and doing test only (and tren) reduced my HCT from 0.5 to 0.48 and all the other markers indicated reduces RBC production. Probably due to my sky high estrogen levels.

There's ways to increase it rapidly..and ways to drop it rapidly.
However it's not exactly the safest....so i'd think twice about using it.

To increase Ferritin rapidly..you can inject iron.
Simply pick any of the IV infusable iron, buy it Pharma and inject small amounts/weekly (1.5in DG) and monitor labs. A vial..will last you a very long time.

Lupin
(it's called Injectafer and Monoferric in the US)

Now if you want to rapidly drop iron..you can get iron chealters. Once again..i don't recommend. They are meant for people with iron overload.
You have tablets..you have effervescent drinks..etc
Deferasirox..

SunPharma..

Cipla

And for those who want to bump up HB..(of course you need to have adequate iron stores for it). There's oral EPO, im running 100mg 3x a week now which should hopefully get me ~1.57% increase every 6 weeks.

Once again, i do not recommend any of these. Be prepared to draw labs weekly/biweekly if you do. CBC, Ferritin, iron labs are cheap.

Sold by Zydus/SunPharma.

Thanks for the info, really useful. I just thought you meant there are meds to lower high hematocrit, not to raise ferritin. Still solid info though, definitely saving that in a separate mental folder for later.
