customs sent a letter basically saying "its seized, if you have a license/permission from the dea you can petition for its return, but if not, everybody gets one. here is a PSA about buying medications from outside the country"

my contacts at postal inspection and cbp say that light packs almost never get a closer look, and a lot don't even get the basic xray type treatment (or at least someone monitoring the xray or whatever it is these days) so im thinking it was almost certainly the address thing.

the way these things work, is that both my "name" and address were flagged, and so was the sender's name and address. so its entirely possible that my pack got a bunch of other packs seized that arrived at the same time.

if that is the case, im sorry fellas!

Faarrk old Walter White here getting everyone burned lol

Good to know how it works. Basically the same thing would apply in Aus I'm guessing. So that means Rohit and maybe others are burned?

not necessarily, its possible they didnt. but a simple name change or address change COULD go around it.

in my pack they found 25 amps of searle testenate, 1500iu HMG, and something else i cant even remember at this point. so i dont think they shat themselves trying to shut this cartel down.

Looks like im fucked then. Rip... I assumed id be safe since the tracking said it already made it past customs and move to the Jamaica distribution but given that there is no movement, it is likely seized.
My pack had been in transit status for about two weeks. Finally got movement on Saturday and it arrived today. When I got the box, I saw that it had been cut open and resealed with a red tag stating that it had been inspected by the FDA. I didn't order anything controlled or exotic, so nothing was removed. But that was obviously the hold up in my case.

I don't believe anything actually gets flagged.
My name changes every once in a while.

There's a huge shipping delay now.
Even Amazon doesn't want to deliver next day lol.

yeah when i saw that message on amazon's website header i got some relief. if even amazon is warning me that orders are delayed, then usps is def fucked. but either way, i still would expect some sort of scans/indication of movement. i thought if it was seized, the tracking number would show that

may I ask what the order of the events read on your tracking said? Was it like:

Processed Through @ ISC, NY
Arrived at Regional @ Jamaica, NY,
Inbound into Customs
In transit to next Facility, arriving on time (got this a few times)
In Transit to next facility (a few times)
In transit to next facility, arriving late (last message)

He was never not g2g. Lots of the posts you are reading are impatient people.
hard disagree. dont see many impatient people here. all the posts im seeing are well within a reasonable boundary of expectations.

as far as rohit being g2g, his packs ship and people get the products they ordered most of the time. im not sure i'd place another order out of pure frustration at such an annoying mistake, but outside of that singular misstep and the pack being seized, i didnt have any complaints.

the order of events (starting with entering usa) for my doomed pack, for the thread:

-Transport leg completed, zurich to nyc 1/9/26

-processed thru usps facility 1/10/26

-arrived at usps regional facility (jamaica queens) 1/10/26

-in transit to next facility 1/14/26 (the final "update" and its an automated message)

idk if its relevant or not, but it never showed up full in my informed delivery dashboard. around the time it hit stateside, the pack showed in the dashboard with an arrival date and the "in transit" message. however clicking on the pack would lead to a "package not found" page, so i used a random website for tracking info.

i had two other packs that were successfully delivered exhibit the same behavior. one with t4 and caber from india, one with oils and peptides from china. both packs had the same "package not found" message when clicking on them in the dashboard. the chinese pack had been opened and both of the bags that contained the stuff had been sliced open, but it still got thru. maybe it was sliced open by chinese customs? idk.
