Complicated cycle questions

Ok here goes...
I am a 41 y/o guy, 5'10" and about 220 right now with about 24% bf.
I have been out of the gym for almost a year now due to job and financial issues and am about to start up again.

After a few months of getting back into it I plan to do my 4th cycle ever consisting of the following:


12 week cycle consisting of:
Sus 250mg
Tren Enth 150mg/ml
EQ 250mg/ml
10mg anavar caps
Arimedix
Hgh
T3

My goal for the next few months is to drop alot of this bodyfat, which watching what I eat and mild exercise hasnt done much for at all. Genetics and age are working here against me.

I dont want to try DNP for fat loss, but what about pfg2?

I am also on HRT for a few years now, at 200mg week of cyp and 2mg week of Arimedix.

So what would all suggest the best way to use this over a 12 week period?
What would you use to drop the most amt of bodyfat in the least amt of time prior to starting a cycle?

In about a month, my gf and I are heading for the carribean, and I need to drop a good 10 lbs min in that time. Once I am back, then I will take a few months of busing may ass, then start the cycle when I dont have to worry about taking a break.

My goal is lean gains, little to no water retention (cyp even at 200mg a week gives me alot, hoping sus wont) and drop some more fat. Fair size gain, but alot of cutting and bodyfat loss.

Cycles I have done before were T cyp alone, then T cyp and Hgh, then T cyp with Tren A and Hgh, and the last time was the same but added T prop instead of cyp.

First of all you need to seriously get your diet and training locked in. When dieting, carbs have to be mostly complex, except after training.

I would normally not recommend a 12 week cycle, but since you are on HRT anyway, the HPTA recovery is not really an issue.

You said you wanted to lose weight before beginining the cycle. This is a really good idea. One reason is that this will reduce the amount of aromatase enzyme. Adipose tissue produces more of this and adding more AAS to the system can potentially add a lot of estrogen. The leaner you can get before cycle the more effective it will be. I would suggest following a diet high in protein and fibrous carbs (veggies) and consuming 2 carbohydrate meals following training. Meal one would be Maltodextrin, dextrose at 70 grams and 60 grams of whey protein. Meal 2 would be yams or brown rice and chicken for the same macros. You may also want to do a low dose DNP at 200mg a day or every other day. The only side effect you will get is weight loss at these dosages.

Once you get down to 9-10%

I would do:
Weeks 1-12
250mg-500mg of SUS a week
300mg of Tren Enanthate
500mg of Boldenone

Weeks 6-12, I would add 30-40mg of Anavar ed

I would follow a 2-4 iu per day protocol on the HGH in a 4 on 3 off fashion.

In the last 6 weeks you can add the T-3 at 50 mcg a day and ramp to 100mcg. Then ramp down before your trip.

I would just use the arimidex at 1mg eod to control any bloating or estrogenic sides. I see very little of this happening with the cycle as proposed. If you decide to do 500mg of sus a week, then arimidex would definitely help.

and let my condition slide

But if you are on HRT of 200 per week cyp
and diet and exercise arent working you need to find a profesional
personal trainer with expertise in diet and nutrition

although 200 a week isnt much it puts your test levels equal to the average teenager out there ( i personally have run cutting cycles at this level for the muscle sparing effects)

so anything you gain off a cycle could be lost real soon do to
inproper training and diet

All the advice I can get is welcome.

The "minor exercise" I was referring to is just an hour of walking a day, plus some light lifting on the weekends. Diet is pretty good, could always get better, but being on the road most of the day means restraunt food sometimes.
Working double shifts 7 days a week plus the extra wt has alot of my energy tapped.

I was origianlly started on 100 mg/wk of cyp, as my T level was below 200. My Dr steadily increased that to where it is today, and have even written me an Rx for Sus as they want me to increase. My T level went up to only 450 on 200mg/wk.
When I did my last cycle I think I was taking 500mg+/wk of T cyp plus T prop of 50mg/ed Tren A eod my T levels were only in the 800 range. I thought they would have been higher. I was taking Arimedix 1mg ed as well, with 3IU a day of Hgh. (No wonder I went broke)

The genetic thing I mentioned was that when my mom passed away she had a amt of bf around her midsection that never went away. Even though she was very ill for 2 years and when she passed was skin and bones, there was a "spare tire" of fat just around her midsection that never changed. Unfortuantely I seem to have devleloped the same issue over the last year. Very little fat on my arms, legs, etc, but my flank areas and some on my abs. Imagine literally taking an innertube and putting it around your waist. I have a "V" back, then this fat, then smaller hips.
Hips are 36, waist is 42.... should be 32 -34. Looks like shit. To wear dress pants I have to look like these people who wear pants 3x too big. They fit my waist, but I look like Im drowning in them. Not too sound bitchy, just giving a visual.

Of course my gf is 5'1", 103, size "0", 37Cx23x33. Sucks shes 36, eats like a pig, and still has 14%bf with NO exercise. Must be nice. Girls all the time ask her what she does to look the way she does and she laughs. Most dont beleive her, but its true, she just has good genetics.
Hitting the beach with her while looking like this wont do my ego any good!

I just want to drop a good amt of fat, do my vacation where who knows what type of food there will be, then when I get back, and my shifts are different I can start from ground zero.
