compounds that help blood sugar

I'm currently on gh(10 IUS) using metformin 1500, reta, berberine, Lantus 20ius morning/night, humalog 7 with breakfeast, pre workout meal and post workout meal to help keep insulin sensativity. Does anyone have any recommendations for any other compounds/changes that may help? Cardio is everyday post workout, carbs are around ~400.

Ok idk if that is what you meant but lantus and humalog are not helping your insulin sensitivity the more exogenous insulin you use the more insulin resistance increases
You use insulin to reduce bg numbers so you don't kill your neurons among other things
to add context I'm bulking right now just did a comp a 3-4 months ago I think but my fathers side has a history of pre-diabetic numbers. I've used insulin before it's nothing new I was just seeing if anyone else had any input. I'm not using it to prevent insulin resistance more of just an aid to the bulk(tryna get hyuge).
Jesus. Why are you on all of this stuff? Are you diabetic?
My body my choice lol

Your body your choice, but are you diabetic?
Lower insulin dosage for better sensitivity on days you don’t need to eat too much.
Use carb cycling and intermediate fasting helps too.
I don’t see any point eating the same amount of carbs on chest day and leg day let alone rest days.
I do carb cycle, off days carbs are low and I don't touch insulin
all of that just to manage BG with only 400g of carbs?
Idk if you can read or not but I've always had higher end numbers on blood sugar.

Lantus to keep insulin sensitivity? AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

I'm fucking dead here

Lantus to keep insulin sensitivity?
Completely feasible, no?

he is already on reta, written on the first post xD

Yeah I missed that. Struggling with glucose on a GLP is extremely unusual so I overlooked it as a possibility. Sema and Tirz, were after all, initiated as diabetes treatments. Diabetics don't pile on additional glucose lowering compounds The GLPs do it quite effectively.

Until you mentioned it's Retatutride. It's demonstrably the WORST of the three major drugs in this class for glycemic control and targeted at weight loss, not diabetes. Eli's not even seeking approval for its use as a diabetes drug.

Tirz is the most effective if glucose control is the priority therefore that or Sema is what he should be using.

Man that's a lot of stuff, if those (excluding exogenus slin) doesn't help with your insulin sensitivity then you're pretty much effed up. Maxed out metformin + berberine is already overkill. With 400 carbs you had to be ok with just high dose berberine or 1000 metformin.

You wrote all the compounds but you didn't say a word about your nutrition, macros, food sources, level of activity and cardio and most importantly where your HbA1c, fasting insulin and BG are.
